衞生臟亂差，到處都是臟兮兮的污垢，很難想象這是全季酒店，此次住的還是商務大床房，價格來講應該也屬於全季的高價房間了，衞生真的好無語😑
出門在外一直住的全季，希望全季可以做好門店的衞生監督，此次體驗感極差！！！！……

距離二馬路還是挺近的，對面是信利廣場，整個位置還是挺方便的，吃喝都挺多挺近。5.0的全季住的也是挺舒服的。#服務少了一顆星是因為第一天入住時候辦理的前台。12點到想要提前辦一下入住，遇到的第一個前台説房間沒收拾完，讓我們出去一兩個小時再回來。整個服務態度真的很不像其他全季。後面第二天退房的前台小姐姐接待就很好，笑臉相迎的。衹能説人員培訓還不到位。#早餐早餐中規中矩，品種還算是挺多，早上吃個熱湯麪還是很不錯！

第n次來汕尾了，每次都住二馬路附近，今年過來發現新開了一家全季，我一般在廣州深圳也是住的全季🚄
這次過來看到這個價格果斷定了，跟周邊民房公寓一個價格我肯定選擇品牌酒店🏨
沒有踩雷，一如既往的標準，就是早餐吃了就沒肚子吃腸粉，不吃又浪費很矛盾，🤣
不過這個位置真的很頂，離海邊街和二馬路都很近很近
下次來如無意外還是會繼續住

預訂之前查了下，他們説這家是汕尾目前最新的酒店，設施都是新的，沒有陳舊感非常的不錯😌由於是跟家裡人一起的，所以定了三間房，家裡人都反應早餐不錯，該有的有，這個位置，這個價格沒得挑了對於我們坐高鐵過來的，入住很方便，晚上下去走兩步就到美食街的頭，然後本地人推薦的大排檔金龍也在附近明年過年回來汕尾的話還住他家

這個全季應該是新開的，進入大堂真的很大氣，夠寬敞，前台給我辦入住的小姐姐從我進來都是全程帶着笑容接待，這個服務態度非常好。房間也夠大，裏面給八瓶水泡茶是真的很贊，不過我最喜歡的就是早餐，粥粉面菜乾糧粗糧飲料沙拉自助餐隨便吃，五一國慶我還得繼續來這裏住。

過來汕尾海邊玩預訂的這家酒店，房間還算乾淨整潔，前台服務態度挺好的，給我送了份早餐，早上去到餐廳一看是自助早餐任意吃，品種還不少，真的很不錯耶，主要離二馬路美食街近，方便，下次還過來住

6點半去到酒店，門口沒停車位，説自己出去找，好吧，放下家人孩子去拿房先，前台告訴要等到9點才可以拿到房？在這一刻，心裏一千頭草泥媽在跑！算了，來都來了，出去找車位找了一個半小時才找到車位，吃了點東西就回去酒店拿房，再次告知預留的2間房間給了別的客人，要從新安排房間給我們，這一刻我真的很無語，想打死前台，憑啥把我房間給別人？還好意思要我再等一個小時？要我體諒？還説不想住可以退！我直接就上粗口了，實在忍無可忍了！後來投訴到攜程總部，等了一個小時後就給了房間給我們！還有一堆客人在等房！真的很無語的一次體驗！

酒店很新，應該是剛開不久，位置不錯，出行方便，就是新開的，房間有點味道，後來換了一間好一點，房間角角落落的衞生有待加強，早餐品種比較簡單感覺比其他全季品種少。

設施：今年新開的，設施很新，房間也沒有怪味道，就是浴室下水下水有點慢。房間瓶裝水很多，熱水很給力。
早餐：還可以，中規中矩
來旅遊比較適合來這家，離二馬路很近，附近點外賣也方便
