Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Shanheli. L'hotel è affascinante e convenientemente situato dietro un bagno. Inizialmente eravamo preoccupati che potrebbe essere rumore, ma era in realtà molto tranquillo. Il personale era molto utile e il colazione era piacevole. In generale, l'hotel ha fatto una grande impressione, anche se siamo un po' delusi che la nostra stanza ha mostrato segni di recenti riparazioni che sembravano un po' presto fatto.

I stayed for 8 nights in the hotel and I’m really surprised by how spacious rooms were that I can even dance in it!! Hotel staff were nice, the cleaning lady was even nicer and always cleaned our room everyday. Food deliveries are super convenient here and safe as they deliver it via the robots (super cute) and the whole room can be controlled by AI (great for lazy people). Location wise it was a good central place near the famous spots in Swatow, food wise not so much choices around the area. The hotel customers staying at the hotel were super noisy, thank god that the rooms were pretty much sound proof. Don’t recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel because it was quite distasteful… Hotel customers were rude and didn’t have etiquette at the dining place so It’s highly recommended to order food delivery for breakfast.

The rooms are so comfortable, it feels like a home away from home. The service staff are friendly and always ready to help. I had a great time here and will definitely come back next time I'm in town! 💖
