Stayed in Shantou International Hotel for 4 nights. Highly recommend. Good Service for all staff. Xiao Zhen Yu staff room service is very good. Room was very clean. Buffet Breakfast is very rich. Location is good, easy to walk to nearby market Longyan market.

The hotel service is excellent. Staffs are very friendly and welcome. Clean room good location. The front desk staffs are very hospitality and helpful. All requests have been perfectly managed I will come back again

6 of us stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This hotel very clean & staff were very professional and courteous. Must highlight the front office staff especially this gentleman Mr Liang Liao very cheerful & helpful.We also booked their van service for 2 days. One day one of member not feeling well thus she didn't went for tour. We were impressed by this driver who rang the hotel staff to help us to keep an eye on our friend. The hotel even provide porridge for her. This shown how caring your staff is. They go for extra miles to take care their clients. Please convey our appreciations to them. We will strongly recommend anyone who come to Shunde to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Had an awesome stay in this hotel! The process of check in is smooth with great service from Ms. Karrie Lin. The room is big, clean and free from smoke. Amazed by the amenities provided for the bathtub and toilet seat as well! Also not forgetting the evening dessert sent to the room every day, it's not sweet and taste good! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Shantou!

Overall, the hotel’s services are excellent. Staff took initiative in everything, especially Karrie Lee treated us very well, satisfying our demands whenever she could. If you are looking for a very vale for money hotel for a short trip, this hotel is very recommended.

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀

The hotel has good parking. It is in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and they will deliver using *******. The TV channels are all the major Chinese stations, with CGTN being the only English speaking channel. The gym and pool are located on the 3rd floor. The gym is a proper gym and has plenty of equipment. I didn't use the pool but it looked like a proper 25 meter long pool. Gym and pool are free to hotel users. The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Shantou.

I liked this hotel as it was central to the city. It’s a great weekend trek. The old village is not done with remodel yet, but the hotel can arrange a driver to the island. Ferry and hike nearby. The tea time is not the best quality for the extra charge, and I see no reason to put price tag amenities in the room. That part was tacky. The view is great. Layout of room different than what I ordered, but it’s important to specify nonsmoking floor. The locals are amazing.

這個酒店是我這次汕頭之旅最滿意的了！全程服務都很好，迎賓小哥小李和小郭熱情服務 我的行李全程都沒自己拿過！酒店晚上還有晚安飲品！關鍵是 地段非常好！到龍眼南路就2個路口，酒店還提供美食地圖，p人最愛了！
