小區很大~綠化面積很大~我媽閑不住~在這小區裏溜達了兩天.連連稱讚~還有就是汕頭也太好吃了吧！就連外賣都那麼好吃.哈哈

民宿很新住着有酒店的感覺，打掃的也是乾乾淨淨，六個人入住一點也不用擁擠，洗手間乾濕分離，每間房都很寬敞，房東很爽快，雖然不是市中心但周圍一公里也有好吃的雞煲可以小電驢去，房東也主動推薦了一些店沒來得及去，去小公園30分鐘，潮博館23分鐘左右，過年能租到這個價格性價比很高了。講究的房客建議自帶一次性拖鞋，附近**可以外賣9.9一雙的涼鞋質量也蠻好，我穿了一次放進去了，下一個租客可以用，應該是裏面最乾淨的哈哈哈

入住體驗很好，房東也很熱情，有什麼問題聯繫房東很快回應，退房的時候鞋子忘記拿了我自己都還不知道，房東及時和我聯繫幫我發快遞寄過來，真是寶藏房東，哈哈，下次來玩還會繼續選擇入住你家～^_^

非常好的房東，還介紹我們去吃附近的特色餐廳。價格又實惠味道又好。房間也是非常乾淨，小區環境也好。房間價格也是非常實惠了，過年期間這個價格找不到第二家。

房間很乾凈，整個家都感覺很新，市區打個車也挺方便，還不用在市區堵車找停車位，小區樓下活動空間也很大，我狗狗超愛在樓下散步
而且房東提前發的指引都很詳細，服務非常周到仔細，也為我們推薦了一些當地的美食和打卡點
