Hotel in zona China Travel Service Passenger Transport Terminal, Shantou

This was my 3rd stay at the hotel. Last year I booked a suite on the top floor that had a generous living/dining room - amazing deal. This time I booked two deluxe rooms with queensize beds - one for me and one for my buddy. The rooms were worth the money as well. The Overseas Chinese Mansion hotel is quite affordable. It still has a better standard (room size, furniture, age, cleanliness) than many other Shantou hotels. The hotel is conveniently located next to one of the biggest supermarkets in the area. Many small shops and restaurants line the streets around the hotel. One can walk to the famous „small garden“ in a couple minutes.

La decorazione dell'hotel è molto nuova!Il parcheggio è anche molto grande e la stanza è pulita e igienica.Il servizio è molto buono, ogni atteggiamento del personale è molto entusiasta e viaggierà anche per fare una raccomandazione. Vedendo il personale al pranzo a mezzogiorno, volevo aiutare i bambini a chiedere un cucchiaio di pane.Il personale ha immediatamente messo tutto il sacchetto di pane e ci ha mandato i pasti. Il personale ha preso il sacchetto di pane e mi ha chiesto dove si trova il cucchiaio.Lascia che gli aiuti a gestire il cucchiaio.L'esperienza è molto soddisfatta! We all together 3 couples checked in 3 hotel rooms at Jinjiang Inn at Shantou 20-22 Dec 2023. We should thumbs up to the on-duty gentleman/manager with a technician who offered his kind service to open up a faulty locked travel baggage belonged to our team-mate after we checked in. Although the hotel is not in the busy city center, it is near to public bus stations for 10 minute ride to Shantou famous old business district /小公园 packed with visitors . We also found that the stall opposite the hotel offered delicious braised pork at very reasonable prices ! Also, we are thankful to the young lady on-duty at the reception for her quick response to our request for a SUV that took us to Chaozhou on 22 Dec. The decent Chinese breakfast at the hotel was acceptable if not compared to 4/5-star rated. Overall we were happy during our stay at Jinjiang Inn Shantou

Services and location are pretty good. Hygiene is very good. I like the shower utility the most, it’s really comfortable. I requested for help with the television and the staff was very efficient and helpful. One disappointment is the efficiency of the wifi and charging battery is way too slow. Overall, I had a satisfy experience there!

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀
