The view from my room was beautiful. The room was clean and fully furnisher. All staffs are very friendly and suggest you for restaurant, tourist spot etc. The rooftop have terrace to take a rest and take view Dafo temple also.

At first we contemplated to choose to stay here. But after much consideration, we decided to stay and forget about the price. As we decided that the experience here would be priceless! And we definitely grateful with the decision that we made. The whole place is so beautiful and charming. With animals running around, politeness of the staffs assisting our every needs, complimentary services provided by the hotel, this hotel is really cost- effective! We are greeted with warm tea, and then with complimentary afternoon coffee and cakes. Their coffee and cake are very delicious 🤤 We also get to experience wearing the ******* clothing and free photography session. As we are muslims, we need to pray for zuhur prayer. But the check out time is before zuhur time. The staff gave us a room to pray after we check out and we really appreciate their kind gesture. The staff also gave us free rides to halal restaurants and train station. We recommend people to stay here at least once, you will not regret it 🩷

Molto bello e ospite proprietario. Ci sono anche alcuni snack al lobby con te' di alta malattia di montagna. Bella camera e bella con tetto di vetro.
Il soggiorno di casa include i servizi di pick-up e disaccoppiamento dalle stazioni ferroviarie per il nostro soggiorno 2-night. Sono stati anche forniti tour di giorno e un tour speciale ******* cucina, completa con servizi di pick-up. Il nostro ultimo giorno, la signora proprietaria si è svegliata alle 6:30 ci sta mandando via. Era un bel gesto e ci ricordava davvero la nostra permanenza.

Questo è uno di quei casi in cui hanno chiaramente cercato di fare più di quello che sapevano... Cominciamo dagli aspetti positivi: è un hotel dall'aspetto gradevole, con un design gradevole e camere belle. Le camere sono ben attrezzate per il comfort, ma io non ne ho avute... Diverse cose non hanno funzionato come avrebbero dovuto: prima di tutto il water era uno di quei water automatici che ora si trovano ovunque negli hotel di fascia media in Cina, ma questo si scaricava sempre non appena ci si avvicinava. E lo scarico era troppo forte, quindi usciva un po' d'acqua, il che è fastidioso se è acqua sporca... Il materasso del letto era riscaldato abbastanza forte (il che non era necessario perché la stanza aveva il riscaldamento a pavimento), quindi abbiamo provato di tutto per spegnerlo senza successo. Abbiamo provato davvero di tutto... Stavamo sudando così tanto che abbiamo persino deciso di rimuovere la carta della stanza dal porta-carta per disattivare tutto... Ma che ci crediate o no, non ha funzionato... un'altra cosa fastidiosa è che la doccia non era separata dal water. Quindi quando fai la doccia, bagni il water e il pavimento tutto intorno al water, quindi ogni volta che vai in bagno ti bagni i piedi, e poi quando cammini con i piedi bagnati sul pavimento della stanza ti sporchi i piedi perché il pavimento della stanza non era perfettamente pulito. A proposito, il pavimento della stanza era anche un po' irregolare, il che sembra essere un effetto del riscaldamento a pavimento che era un po' troppo forte in alcuni punti. Ah, inoltre la TV non funzionava, e si sono offerti di ripararla, ma ho rifiutato.
Tutti questi sono problemi minori, ma preferirei non avere questi ”comfort” extra se non funzionano correttamente.
Per il resto il servizio è stato buono, hanno cercato di essere d'aiuto e l'hotel si trova in un quartiere tranquillo.

What a fabulous stay!!! Highly recommend.
Pros:
1. Location near the main street. So your car can park directly on the street and you don't need to walk the cobble path inside dukezong. It is also a 5 min walk to the entrance of dukezong.
2. Friendly staff! Offered pickups and tea, had a daily campfire with songs to chill. Offered recommendations on where to play and eat.
3. Overall, very clean and well decorated.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Galo Inn! La stanza che abbiamo prenotato aveva un'atmosfera accogliente e invitante, con pavimenti riscaldati, un umidificatore e persino un patio dove gli ospiti potevano rilassarsi e sorseggiare il tè vicino alla finestra. La padrona di casa ha preparato con cura un sacco di spuntini e aveva persino acqua glucosata pronta. È stata incredibilmente amichevole e disponibile, sempre allegra e piena di energia. Quando ha scoperto che non avevamo mangiato, ci ha persino invitati a unirci a loro per pranzo. La cosa migliore di tutte è che hanno un adorabile gatto, 八月, che ha preso il nome dal suo mese di nascita, agosto!

一來老闆就給我們升級了房間，感謝！房間裏有地暖和製氧機，剛來的時候我老公有些高反，躺在床上吸氧還是蠻有效果的。現在香格里拉普達措的山上還有蠻多積雪，聽説前些天還下雪了，所以每天都開了地暖，挺好。民宿的院子裏養了幾衹狸花貓，貓貓都好可愛的，還可以摸摸它們，也不惱。最後謝謝老闆娘每天的晚安牛奶！祝你們生意興隆！

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Shangri-La Banxia Time Homestay, e lo consigliamo fortemente a chiunque visita Shangri-La, Yunnan. Da quando abbiamo prenotato, l'ospite è stato estremamente rispondente, mantenendosi in contatto con noi per tre settimane prima del nostro viaggio. Hanno fornito consigli utili, come portare vestiti pesanti a causa del freddo e della neve, che ci hanno aiutato molto a prepararci per la nostra visita.

Oltre al comodo soggiorno, la gentilezza e l’orientamento dell’ospite hanno migliorato la nostra esperienza, raccomandando grandi luoghi per visitare e ristoranti locali per provare, assicurandoci di avere un viaggio memorabile.
In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno perfetto e in futuro sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo questo soggiorno.

VVy Anh NguyenThis is by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to China. The hotel is equipped with all modern amenities, especially the toilet with an automatic bidet (something that’s not found anywhere else in China). The room was incredibly cozy with modern heating facilities, and the host even provided an oxygen machine (though I didn’t actually need to use it). I truly felt that it was worth every penny for the two nights I spent here.
One of the highlights was the adorable and friendly Ragdoll cat that lives here! The hotel owner even allowed us to bring the cat into our room to play, and it was just so sweet and playful.
Moreover, the host offered us a free pick-up and drop-off service at both the train station and the airport, even though it was 7 in the morning! I honestly have no complaints about this hotel. If you want to enjoy a fantastic stay in Shangrila, book this hotel now!

OOlive GohThis is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate.
The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked.
The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up.
A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months:
1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in.
2. Proper bath towels are essential.
3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor.
4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).

NNaajihahThe hotel was so beautiful. The wood of building structure makes every angle of the hotel is unique. It reminds me of Istana Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
We just stayed in the room and enjoy the view. The Sunset and sunrise.
The owner named Renqing Cimu Mei was so kind. She helped us in wearing traditional clothes - tibet. She also helped us in paying our dinner at the dukezong halal restaurant since that restaurant didn't receive Ali Pay. We're panicked at that time and so relieved when Renqing Cimu helped us. She also pickup and send us back to the railway station and give us some souvenirs.
We're so happy with the hospitality that given by her. For sure we will comeback with my big family of 12, with extra days of staying, riding the horse, and let my 2 years old niece play with the sheep.

Recommendation:
Maybe you can open a small shop at the lobby and sell white tshirts that printed your hotel name or napa hai lake view or any beautiful nature view in xianggelila. The guests can buy it and bring back to their hometown and will always remember the memories being in your hotel.

UUtente ospiteQuesto soggiorno è il migliore che abbia mai soggiornato. La posizione è in un piccolo villaggio a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal tempio di Songzanlin. E' fuori dall'attività della città antica di Dukezong che è perfetto per chiunque cerca una certa tranquillità.
La proprietà stessa è incredibilmente pulita. Ho prenotato la stanza di sopra piano per la vista diretta al tempio di Songzanlin e alle montagne circostanti. Ha 2 letti che avrebbero riunito una famiglia. La struttura dispone di 2 sezioni, una con decorazione tradizionale e l'altra con decorazione moderna (che era la mia). La camera ha un progetto come TV, un bagno intelligente, e la doccia è dotata di funzionalità di riscaldamento. La camera ha anche un piano riscaldato. Il balcone è spazioso e perfetto per bere tè e raffreddare mentre gode della vista.
La parte migliore del soggiorno era la famiglia ospitante, che era molto calda e benvenuta. Il capo mi ha condotto a comprare un biglietto al tempio di Songzanlin, alla stazione di autobus il giorno successivo e alla stazione di treno il mattino successivo. Il tradizionale colazione della tribù Zang è stato fornito e ho dovuto gustare il tè di burro yak autentico. Hanno avuto un paio di opzioni per cena (pot di yak o pot di pollo matsutake). Entrambi erano troppo grandi per un viaggiatore solitario, ma ho ordinato il pozzo di pollo che era il più piccolo.

本來是打算住一天，風景太漂亮了，又續了一天！
原本打算入住納帕海，看上的民宿對我家崽崽不友好，小貓咪不能帶進去，香格里拉市區的已經住了2天再住沒啥意思，緣分的選擇，因為我去年來的時候看到過這家在建！
F1，獨自旅行，比較看中安全，這家是不對外的，進出都需刷卡，女性的工作人員還蠻多，這樣女孩子單獨來的話，不會害怕！
S2，遇到的每一個人，包括咖啡廳的咖啡師，不知名的小妹妹，都很友善，態度非常好，我家小貓都不哈氣，老闆非常細節，服務很到位！
T3，小火鍋非常不錯，食材看上去就很新鮮，下次要清淡的鍋底，會更好吃，這個給老闆提個建議，遇到獨自出行的客人，可以有單人餐，這樣不會浪費也可以節省不必要的開支，好食材浪費是很可惜的！
F4，周邊的環境，原生態保護的非常好，風景很美，人與自然，與小動物和諧相處！適合喝喝咖啡，飛飛無人機，吃吃小火鍋，躺平一天！
F5，第一次體驗帳篷，挺有意思，早晚温差大，有電熱毯，取暖器，海拔3300多，血氧有95，沒有任何不適！
F6，有一個非常強烈的建議，老闆的露營車換個大點的吧，輪子更大的那種，行李拉進拉出，一次可以拉更多提高效率，小妹妹拉起來好拉點……
網購這麼多年，非常懶，基本不評價！

YYT HewI have encountered that my room tempature is very high. I have adjusted and call the hotel staff to help up. End up they gave us a fan. We stayed 2 nights and requested to change room but they said all rooms are full. We has complaint it through trip.com chat. They agreed to change a new room for the next day. Th hotel is new and near the east gate of gucheng. Although the first night happened, it is a pleasant stay.

KKrystal123The boss is very nice and helped us upgrade to a starry sky room for our entire stay. The room is spacious and clean.
There are also 4 cats and a dog (Yuanbao) on the first floor which are super cute and friendly. The location is very convenient as it’s within the Ancient town and there’s food everywhere we go.
The boss even made breakfast and provided us with warm milk and ginger tea every night. Would stay here again next time!

Il capo ci ha intrattenuto molto calorosamente e ci ha invitato ad accendere un fuoco, bere tè al burro e mangiare orzo dell'altopiano, proprio come amici.

La posizione è nella città antica. Le auto non possono entrare, ma il capo verrà a prenderti. È molto comodo per chi ha bagagli grandi.

MMUHAMAD AKMALHad a pleasant stay at this hotel. For the rate that we paid which included the railway pick up and breakfast, we have no complaint at all. On top of that, as we arrived earlier than the usual check in time, the hotel was gracious enough to allow us for early check in. It was a short drive from the railway station to the hotel. The communications were done via wechat and it was all smooth as we can communicate using the wechat translator.
Our room were located on the third floor. It was steep stairs but we managed. The room was spacious enough for both of us. It has all the basic necessities and clean. There was also heated bed which was good as it was cold in Shangrila. The hotel also have luggage storage after check out which was good as we could continue exploring the city until it was time to take our train in the late afternoon. As for the breakfast, it was served at a diner across the street. There were mutliple set breakfast choices. Simple breakfast but technically it was enough for us as we dont have much option anyway as a muslim with specific food requirement. Croissant, eggs and fruits were good enough with tea and coffee.
The location of the hotel is really near to the Dukezong Ancient Town. Less than 5 minutes walk. It was rather convenient as we went back to the ancient town at the night time and has no trouble to find our way back to the hotel by foot. Also it is easy to get public transport at the area.
The hotel really looks photogenic ni the pictures especially at night time when all the lights were on.
