Good location which very close to each attraction point at Ancient town in Shangri-La but overall the furniture and amenities is quite old. The quality of toiletries provided are below expectations but value for money

I don't know what kind of accommodation you can get in a hotel in Malaysia for over 100 yuan, but in China, it is very cost-effective. Also, if the hotel facilities are outdated, why do you stay for several days without changing to another hotel? And your 3.7 point rating really affects our business. If you're not satisfied, you can choose not to stay or leave the rating, but your rating is very unfriendly to me

The location is in the ancient town. However, transport could not enter. So we had to drag our luggage around 8mins to the hotel. The room was unexpectedly spacious. The heating system in the room “saved” us from freezing. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Coincidentally joined them to celebrate the birthday of the owner😆

Clean rooms in the middle of the busy part of the old town. Very friendly service. The floor heating system gets activated between 8pm-6am which is sufficient and keeps the room warm until 9-10am. The beds come with heated blankets as well. The only thing I didn't appreciate so much was the dim light situation in the bathroom where the only mirror was. It was difficult to get in my contact lenses.

The room is really cild during the day when there is no heat, we got first room without a door to the toilet, and the heater worked really bad, they switched our to another room. Except it the room was big, clean and great location

The place is amazingly located and the view for the room is one of the best in Shangri-la. The couple that runs the place is very nice and helpful even not speaking English. The map didn’t show the exact location but the owner came to get us. Totally recommend.

Location is very good, customer services also very friendly, kind, enthusiasm and helpful, the weather here is very cold, overall experience is good, recommended!

房間空間挺大的，酒店地理位置非常不錯就在古城裡麪，但我感覺睡裏面有點悶，可能是高反的原因，不習慣，房間沒有空調，不過有電熱毯 衞生還是可以的。總得來説還行。

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce logement. Le chauffage au sol s'allume à partir de 19h et chauffe rapidement la pièce. En revanche l'accueil n'était pas très bien.

飯店是新建的，有中庭，陽光滿溢，白色系列的空間給人乾淨清爽的感覺；床品很舒服，還有氧氣機及地暖，可緩解高山缺氧及夜晚寒冷的狀況。雖然一開始跟老闆有些小小不愉快，但也許是溝通有問題或是彼此認知差異，最後也都化解。

有地暖，温度很足，還配了加濕器，不然挺幹，酒店細節做的挺好的，還有紅糖薑茶、皮筋棉簽衞生包，而且出門打車也很方便，不需要拉行李箱走太久，有人幫忙給提行李，挺好的

説出來也挺好笑的，第一天剛到找不到路，獨克宗古城的道路也是七拐八拐這裏穿了那裡出，感覺都分不清楚了，於是我打電話給酒店老闆，不僅把我帶到了酒店，甚至還幫我拿行李箱，給我節省了不少力氣，不僅如此住宿環境也可以，還離龜山公園近，必眼入

房間乾淨整潔，這都不是重點 特別強調： 老闆家服務太好了，感覺到家的感覺，從機場接送 再到避坑，幫忙做攻略 像親人一樣，出去旅遊也很久了，從來沒有這種感覺 途中小孩突然高反，老闆也是幫忙處理，萬分感謝 雖未完成全部行程，以後再來香格里拉肯定還是選你家。 扎西德勒 這種店，完全可以幫香格里拉代言 淳樸-給人出門在外不用擔心，外出的寶子可以閉眼選這家！！！！ 再次感謝店家一家人，生意興隆，扎西德勒
