bebou around the world

Good things: possible to check-in early if the room is ready/available at no extra cost. It is possible to leave your luggage. Good location not far from the main streets of the old town, yet accessible and in a quiet area, supermarket/restauran/pharmacy next to it. TV is good quality.
Negative things: where should we start? There's so much to say. The mattress was the worst I've ever slept on in a two-year World tour. It is as hard as a wooden plank, because it is a wooden plank. A heating pad is available, but it's not even half the size of the bed, so only one person can get warm. No batteries in the remote for the heater. Upon arrival, I had to clean some dirt on the toilet seat (don't want to know what it was). Kettle available but only two cardboard cups in the bathroom. For shampoo and shower gel, there're only two small packets that are not refilled. One was barely enough to clean my body, and it wouldn't have been enough for my boyfriend's hair, so definitely not enough when you stay for several days. When we wanted to ask for something, the hosts were never there, so we gave up. Extremely loud at night if you have noisy people in the hotel (no noise insulation), people showering/hair drying/talking loudly til 1am on the first night. Pictures don't look at all like the place. It's really dark and there wasn't all those plants around. We definitely didn't have this view from our bedroom (see pictures), and there were small holes in the window. I would say that the hosts are not the most welcoming people on earth, they barely looked at us or talked to us during check-in. Wifi didn't work for us, actually we didn't even find a password or anything (QR code in the room wasn't for it).
