The front desk was not able to communicate in English and they had difficulty making recommendations about local venues.
The room was clean and had a nice view of the city.

Easy to walk to the different scenic areas and plenty of taxis. Breakfast was a good choice. The room was large but no window in the bedroom and some of the mentioned amenities were missing such as a stove, minibar and safe and there was also no drop off available for the bus station.

Pros:
Location is perfect as it’s 5 minutes drive to the entrance of Songzanlin scenic area. They also have underground parking, which was convenient.
The hotel service was good as they suggested places to visit and gave directions.
Cons:
Room was clean but toilet paper was not installed properly in the toilet.
No bathroom sleepers were found in the room and water pressure was really bad which made showering hard.

這是一家有藏式特色的酒店 交通方便 到高鐵站也衹要十多分鐘 離古城也很近 服務非常好 每位酒店的工作人員都很熱情 讓人感覺很舒服 最主要的是乾淨衞生 早餐也很好吃 酒店很貼心還送了伴手禮 下次有機會一定還會再來！

住得舒服，續住幾天了。環境安靜、床品舒適、熱水充足、早餐品種豐富、就是晚上開地暖有點熱、加上天氣很乾，睡不是很好。整體很ok。

設施：馬桶沒有加温的話建議可以給一次性馬桶套哦，馬桶真的太冰了

服務：很不錯
接送高鐵站和機場服務:很適合來旅遊的客人
我覺得很貼心的是送了冰箱貼和奶貝，還有一封歡迎信，讓人感覺很温暖

還行，酒店有火車站接站服務，但要走到網約車出口最近的停車場入口處等師傅，送兩份旅拍化粧，加錢選的攝影師很專業，很會教人擺姿勢，不過化粧時間有點長。
三樓大堂裝修很有特色，但沙發有些臟，前台新人較多還在培訓，房間裏總經理手寫的歡迎信很真誠，送的點心很好吃，門口網約車不是很好打，直接到路邊攔的士更方便，價格是網約車的一半，8塊就可以去很多地方。
