非常满意，此行最高性价比。 a very satisfying hotel, the best choice during the trip. Das ist ein guten Hotel zu wohnen im Shangri-La.

The picture is of the hotel bar at 20.00. Totally closed. The rooms are quite modern and clean, no problems at all there. The location is a decent walk into the old town. Fine if you have a car, but there are probably better options if you're visiting the touristic locations. The biggest annoyance was when I arrived on crutches having hurt my ankle a couple of days before they just watched my struggle with my bags. After check-in, the small female receptionist did try to take my large bag, but couldn't lift. All while a larger male colleague just watched on. Breakfast was alright, not great. The worst overall mark of any of the hotels in China for me, by quite a distance.

The hotel location is 20 minutes from the ancient town. The lighting is too dime and there is no aircond/ fan ventilation in the room.

The place is remote so our expectations were accordingly. We were originally put in the wrong room but the staff rectified the issue without a problem. You can see a nice view of the sunrise from the 5th floor. Breakfast has a good Chinese selection. It is a little ways from the ancient town but technically within walking distance. A good launching point?to see all the sights in Shangrila.

房間很寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔，服務人員態度也很值得稱讚表揚，有問題都及時提供幫忙解決。離景區也近，很方便出門遊玩，還有接機服務，提前一天預約就可以啦，很貼心。酒店早上的餐食也很不錯，很有特色，下次還會來入住的。

23到的時候有點冷，住的山景雙床房，晚上還加了兩床被子，地暖感受不到還給升了温度，第二天就幫我們換了園景雙床，送了一盤水果（沒拍照都吃完了😋），睡得很暖和，一點不冷了，還有接機送機服務，提前預約就行，走的時候還送了小零食🥳

停車方便 可以免費停車 而且停車場還挺大的 自駕遊體驗完美 服務也挺好的 前台小姐姐會熱心介紹景點 比我們自己做的攻略還要齊全 附近玩的地方還挺多的 古城 大經幡 松贊林寺 不得不説香格里拉拍照真的很出片 而且風景真的極美 感覺靈魂被洗滌 酒店的體驗感挺不錯的 性價比還是挺高的

接送機很nice ，出站師傅就在門口等着了，真的很不錯，特別方便。前台小姐姐服務挺好的👌離景點也很近 環境：優美至極 設施：齊全完美 一應具全 衞生：乾淨整潔 一塵不染 清清爽爽 服務：賓至如歸 無微不至 體貼入微 全心全意 服務員：主動熱情、笑容治癒 細緻周到 和藹可親 操作規範 整體：超出預期 夢幻之選 令人陶醉 完美無缺 流連忘返 物超所值

這幾天的香格里拉天陰，偶爾還下雨，温度還挺低的。酒店挺大的，服務也好，一直都誤會了以為所有房間都是供氧的，後面和聊天聊天才知道原來衹有供氧房型才配製氧機，有氧需要的朋友可以訂供氧房型，後面單獨出費用租了製氧機，效果還是不錯的。早餐也挺好吃的，米線挺不錯，都是自己加配料，nice

出行喜歡選擇品牌連鎖酒店，服務質量有保障。酒店乾淨整潔，供氧房型是製氧機供氧，有地暖，有加濕器。國慶假期古城人很多，可以選擇古城外的酒店，而且酒店到古城不遠，安靜舒適。房間出了點小問題馬上就解決了。

服務熱情周到細緻，會貼心介紹附近吃喝玩樂，專門有個文案，衹要加了前台微信都會給發，真的挺不錯的。有需求小姐姐們也會很主動幫忙去解決👍。房間相比之下還是比較寬敞滴，住的感覺挺不錯的，早餐也好吃😋

性價比挺高的，房間挺大的，衞生也很乾凈清爽，環境優美舒適，床很舒服😌睡的很安逸，服務挺不錯的，小姐姐們都很熱情❤️🔥 接送機服務:太方便了，這個服務，嘎嘎方便，是商務車，坐着很舒服

酒店離古城不遠，還是挺方便的，出了點小插曲，及時幫我們調整了房間，感謝！酒店的服務很在線，所有人都笑臉相迎，經理更是時時出現在前台，餐廳等一線，及時瞭解問題，解決問題，這是不常見的。為這般用心點贊！

離景區挺近的，左邊是大經幡，右邊是獨克宗古城，離大經幡會更近些，在門口就可以看到，停車車挺大的，有四個場地，停車很方便。前台服務態度不錯，能及時關注到客人的需求，很棒。房間寬大舒適，床很舒服😌
