Questa locanda mi piace moltissimo, la bellissima proprietaria è gentilissima e ha due cani carinissimi. La stanza è pulita e confortevole, con riscaldamento a pavimento molto caldo, umidificatore e fornitura di ossigeno. I bambini adorano la stanza dei genitori e dei figli. Il panorama fuori dalla finestra è fantastico. Sarà sicuramente più bello d'estate. Anche la colazione è molto buona. Le uova sono super profumate. Sembra il sapore dell'infanzia. Gli spaghetti di riso sono anche buoni.Buona notte viene fornito latte caldo ogni giorno.Tutta la nostra famiglia non vuole andarsene.locanda. Consigliato agli ospiti che amano la guida autonoma e tranquilla, si trova a 10 minuti di auto da Dukezong.

Questo posto mi piace moltissimo. Quando entro vengo accolto dal cane Coca-Cola. Sono a migliaia di chilometri da casa e mi sento a casa. Il piccolo capo è un tuttofare, autista, governante e piccolo chef. Le sue abilità culinarie sono fantastici. La stanza è molto confortevole. All'inizio non potevo fare il bagno, ma era così comodo fare il bagno qui che non ho potuto farne a meno. Ahahah, mi piace davvero qui. Sono molto caldi dentro il freddo inverno. C'è anche il latte della buona notte prima di andare a letto la sera, e puoi anche immergere i piedi. Fuori il sole è splendente e il paesaggio è invincibile. Dovrebbe essere più bello d'estate. Verrò di nuovo la prossima volta! 😄

Mentre stavo per prenotare ho scoperto che in albergo non c'era l'aria condizionata e confusa ho letto le recensioni e mi hanno detto che non faceva freddo quindi ho pensato che andava bene se ci fosse il riscaldamento a pavimento. Dopo aver fatto il check-in in hotel, sono rimasto davvero sorpreso. L'esterno è proprio come piace a me. Il proprietario è gentile e la camera è ben attrezzata. Tutta la stanza è molto calda con il riscaldamento a pavimento acceso. Quando si aprono le tende, si vedono le montagne innevate sul lato opposto, purtroppo le nuvole erano fitte e stamattina non abbiamo potuto vedere l'alba.

Hotel has it’s menu for food and we ordered it for all 3 nights as it was really delicious. Owner provided service picked up and dropped us off, took care of our laundry needs as well There were animals within the compound and it was really relaxing. Flooring was heated and it was cosy and spacious. View was superb. Will return again. Best hotel chosen for the trip!

All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. Our host, Mr. Yao Xiang, was the epitome of kindness and hospitality. From picking us up at the train station to accommodating our requests even late at night, he went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable. He even ensured a smooth journey to our next destination. His genuine care and attentiveness made us feel truly valued. The room was nothing short of perfection, heated floors, cozy heated beds, a hot shower, and a delightful selection of snacks and drinks. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The package included a delicious welcome high tea, and the chance to try on traditional ******* clothing for me, my wife, and my son was a unique and memorable highlight. The breathtaking backdrop of majestic mountains, sprawling grass fields, grazing sheep, and friendly dogs and cat created a picturesque setting. It felt like stepping into a dream—a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Three days in this incredible place were far too short to fully immerse ourselves in its rich culture and beauty. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a mix of tranquility and adventure. With its sincere, helpful, and polite host and exceptional crew, this place truly offers a magnificent experience you’ll never regret. If you’re searching for a place that feels like home and inspires the soul, look no further this place has it all.

Honestly booked this place just for the cute dogs - 饭团 & 可乐. However, the service exceeded our expectations. The staff (Qiang) picked us up from the train station and the inn owner personally dropped us off at the airport at 7.40am in the morning (working hours start around 8.30am for them) when it was freezing cold. The room was cosy, warm, with ample hot water in the shower, and more than enough space to chill at every corner. Our favourite part of this room was the little corner where we can sit and watch stars every night - really amazing how we can see so many stars illuminating the night sky. Breakfast was great too - the brother kindly cooked another bowl of noodles for us when we requested for it, and it was really yummy. Highly recommend this place and we’d love to stay here again one day!

I travelled solo from Singapore. The staff go beyond the extra mile for you here. I've stayed in a few homestays and hotels in China across harbin, zhangjiajie etc and this one is special. I ordered a taobao package which had trouble arriving and the staff tried to check with the courier and followed up across my stay. They also helped to book tickets for day trip bus tours to far attractions which, if you are not Chinese and local, would be extremely unlikely to have known about. Although it's not doable without a Chinese identity card, I was able to find my way to book the tours with their help. Location wise it is right next to shika snow mountain which is one of the main sites in shangrila. It is a bit far from town ~15mins, so you will need to book a didi if you want to go. I think that is the only downside. The place itself is clean, well maintained and stylish and has friendly animals. I think I will likely book it again.

The hotel owner is so very kind. She offered us a pickup to the hotel. Even checkout, they also offer transportation to send us to the railway station. The staff & chef are also very kind and very helpful, very chatty; even though there was a language barrier, we used mobile phones for language translation. This hotel is also very nice for dog & cat lovers. Because they have a big white Samoyed dog (Coke), a Golden Retriever (Peng Huan), and a British shorthair cat and lamb.  The room is very modernised. Got floor heating and bed heating for cold temperatures. The smart TV got a lot of movies. The curtains have auto opening/closing.  The hotel lobby also has a lot of living spaces for tea breaks, reading, and waiting while accompanied by Coke & Peng Huan and the cats. You also can play acoustic guitar.  At the back of the hotel, you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the scenery and mountains, and you can make a coffee at the bar at the back of the hotel. Enjoying the fresh, cold air with a mountain view and a lot of yaks around the area. You also can try ******* costume for free.

Very good services, very good food, all staff very friendly, very good equipment, very good environment. Fast services, nice hotel, very recommended. We will repeat next time.

We had a very nice stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, and they respected our space by smoking away from us. There are two dogs, two sheep, and a cat, making it a kid-friendly place. It's just a 10-minute ride to the train station, and the view is lovely. The room is very comfortable, featuring a preheated bed and warm flooring for winter. While there aren’t many restaurants nearby, you can order food from the homestay, and the chef will prepare it for you. They also offer pickup services. Highly recommended—I would love to stay here again! 💗

The best hotel I booked in Yunnan province. They offered great hospitality and service. The free breakfast is also very delicious. Really love the environment. It is quiet and serene. The interior design is also top tier. Love everything about this hotel. Very recommended hotel 🫶🏻 only that i wished I could stay longer here!

The perfect hotel- the manager is a great cook and prepared excellent dishes . The dogs and sheep are adorable and the staff work really hard to ensure a good stay. The room was very warm throughout the stay and very comfortable with a beautiful view - very technologically advanced too. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive throughout my stay and ensured I got the best of Shangri La .
