I liked it as usual, it is close to all the places that we wanted to visit. The staff is soooo friendly and they know English which is helpful for us foreigners.

The location is excellent. It's located about 20 minutes from Shanghai Railway Station by taxi. There are many modern eateries and restaurents surrounding the hotel.
The services at the hotel is great too. All the front desk staffs are polite and friendly. When I was done with my check-in, one of the staffs even greeted, welcome and led me all the way the lift. What an amazing feeling.
The room is new, modern, neat and super clean; and it comes with a beautiful city view.

I feel like the rooms are not specious more especially where one would need to put their luggage, the wall wardrobes are big enough only to find out that’s a deco actually they can’t be opened. Breakfast it’s almost one thing daily which can be unappetizing. Their service it’s the best and they were so friendly, they willingly help with anything and everything. I think cleaning must be improved for hygiene purposes. The must also be something done to the bathroom drain the smell was unbearable. However all in all it was not a bad hotel at all, considering that it was mid- term festival their prices were indeed reasonable.

Bad Service
Asked for take away breakfast and they failed to do it. Front desk just said the resto staff had not worked yet, there was no resto staff.
Of course I asked for breakfast refund since I paid for it. Trip staff helped me and this hotel management won't refund me the breakfast fee.
They should decrease their hotel stars.
Very very bad service.
Bravo to Trip com that has offered me a cashback because of this issue.

Beautiful gym! The pool was unfortunately closed during my visit, and the linked mall is not yet open, but it is value for money!
