The hotel was cleaner than the one we had previously stayed in. The room was smaller than we had expected. (Family room). The queen bed was not the size of a queen bed. The staff in the lobby was very helpful when we needed to book a ride to downtown Shanghai. She used a translation app to understand what we wanted and to communicate with us. Very friendly. It’s not non smoking, there were guests smoking in the lobby but the pick up to airport was very good.

everything is fine except the bed is way too hard, i can feel the spring. Hotel should consider change the bed or add another layer of soft material

前台小姐姐服務態度非常好！很貼心的為我們介紹了酒店有哪些設施。在上海這也算性價也非常高了酒店還帶有早餐種類有好多樣還有送機服務真的很值了！周邊餐廳也多，下次來上海趕飛機還會選擇怡致酒店的！

房間裏面很不錯，在機場附近，趕飛機很方便，我過來找小孩玩，不認識路，前台服務員很耐心的給我指路，真的是一個非常完美的體驗，早餐也挺好的，餐廳服務員很細心，做的炒飯很好吃，酒店周圍吃吃喝喝玩玩的也挺多

酒店服務貼心，前台辦理入住和退房速度快，我臨時需要打印文件，酒店前台很快就幫我搞定，效率快，帶家人來這邊旅遊，住了酒店全家都很滿意，必須誇一誇設施：挺好的免費送機服務:送機服務很方便，尤其是最近暑期，方便出行

免費送機服務這次入住體驗簡直超出預期！必須好好誇誇這家酒店～服務真的沒話説！前台辦理入住超快，還主動給升級了房型。中途打電話要充電器，服務員5分鐘就送到門口，全程笑臉盈盈。退房時忘帶充電寶，前台小姐姐還提醒我，細節滿分～早餐種類多到挑花眼！吃得超滿足。餐廳阿姨看我端着盤子還幫忙找座位，太暖了衞生方面挑不出毛病，床單被罩乾淨得沒褶皺，地板擦得發亮，浴室鏡子沒有水漬，就連角落的垃圾桶都清得很及時。整個酒店公共區域也一直香香的，看得出保潔做得很到位～總之從設施到服務都透着用心，下次來這邊還住這兒，也會推薦給朋友！
