Ottimo hotel, buona colazione sia asiatica che occidentale; letto estremamente comodo. Personale gentile. Purtroppo alla partenza non sono stati in grado di prenotarmi un taxi, problema piuttosto notevole

Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful to assist us. The train station is less than 10 mins walk, just cross a few roads and youll reach the hotel. You can do your laundry in the hotel with washing machine and dryer available on the 4th floor with laundry pods provided. Nearby the train station, there is Lawson, coffee shops, hot pot restaurant and more. Would definately recomend this hotel!

I liked the layout of the room, very spacious and open especially for 2 people. It was quite warm and stuffy when we first entered, but we opened the window and the air/ventilation resolved itself by the evening. There are two pairs of washer and dryer machines and they are easy to use and work well. The gym area is small, but it has cardio, weights, and a bit of open space so you can do many workouts. The staff was very friendly and everyone was very receptive, shower had good water temperature and water pressure, the bed was comfortable (not too firm and not too soft, so just right), and great value for the price! Would recommended to future travelers.

This hotel is a value for money with respectful staff. Our room was very clean and stylish. Do not expect too much of the breakfast. It is just 10 minutes to the subway station.

Modern hotel with superb service and conveniently located

My friend and I booked it while having a girls weekend in Shanghai. The room was very cute and clean, the staff spoke English and they were super helpful. Would recommend it.

Location was good, 5min walk to metro station. But the amenities they provided was poor.

The bad part is that not everyone speaks English and there were some barriers in communication

The staffs are providing a warm and welcome service to comfort my difficulties! Thank you for their kindlness If providing the limousine service between airport or New International Center would be pefect!
