Hotel services and location consider quite good, but There are cigarette smell at times. Hope it can improve in these area.

It’s definitely not a smoke free hotel if you are looking for one. The saving grace is only the wonderful hotel staff.

Pleasantly surprised by the room size and cleanliness of the room. The staff were really helpful and accommodative. Very near shopping areas and are all within walking distance.

第一次到南寧，看了攜程介紹價格環境都還不錯，就選了雅斯特，到了才着到這裡有好多雅斯特和維也納，雅斯特環境不錯，到了店前台小姐姐還給升級成了豪華雙人標間，挺乾淨的，裏面智能控制。交通便利樓下不遠就是東盟盛天地，離青秀山和東盟會展中心都不遠，旁邊有好幾個購物中心～據説是繁華地帶，但又沒有老城區人多雜亂。個人很滿意這裏下次還住這。

空調外機很吵、一晚上都在翁翁的響沒得睡覺、早餐的雞肉是臭的、已經變味了還拿出來做早餐真不知道怎麼想的、如果有人吃壞肚子了該怎麼負責呢？

入住體驗挺好的，酒店位置在市中心，去哪都方便不會太遠。房間乾淨整潔，還有的設設備都有，枕頭也不會説太軟。前台服務熱情周到，入住和退房都很快，兩晚性價比很高，下次還會選擇這裏。

特別差勁的入住體驗（還是作為多年亞斯特老粉的第一條差評，認真差評，因為實在失望！忍不了一點）總的來説環境衞生差、房間幾乎無隔音（超級無敵吵根本沒法睡）、空氣裏異味明顯、服務人員少且不到位。訂了其他房的朋友，也特意要求差評。 1.環境：這個位置的酒店沒有入門大堂，而是從臟兮兮的小電梯上到二樓有辦理入住的前台，客房僅在2、3樓，一面的房間面向飲食宵夜街，可想而知環境、空氣、噪音、視野是沒有得選擇的，但你在訂房頁面不會看得到這些真實情況的。舉個例子：當天深夜一兩點左右，走廊有人來回奔跑了五六次，咚咚響！後面街的人吃宵夜猜碼！隔壁房間沖馬桶的聲音此起彼伏…… 2.衞生：看圖。衞生差，房間有異味（煙味敏感隨便就能聞出），備註了要求後，房間整理時噴了很多濃郁的香味噴霧掩蓋氣味，枱麪用紙巾擦一下甚至有黑色的灰塵，廁所有臭味… 3.服務：總的來説，感受不到服務，一問三不知、解決不了任何問題，男士前台的語氣更加是串。看得出來這個二三層小酒店佔據了一個好位置開店，但人手相當不足，入住高峯前台衹有一位女孩子工作，下午四五點到店，還需要繼續等待半個小時以上才能入住，理由是正在打掃……可是，你們訂房頁面寫14:00可以入住，甚至用積分選擇了提前入住而沒有提前到，在超過可入住時間幾個小時後到店，仍然是要等。最後，亞斯特會員老粉沒有在訂房小程序訂，而是選擇其它平台，是因為即便是最高級別的會員所享受的房價優惠，都高於攜程或其他平台，當初充值會員真是冤大頭！在其它平台訂房後，告知前台是會員，因為沒有花更高的價格在亞斯特小程序訂房，所以也不能夠有任何會員福利…換而言之，會員是需要花比其它平台更高的房價訂房，使用這個差價來享受會員福利（延遲退房、積分等，這些攜程一樣可以）。由此可見，亞斯特根本不會在意會員的入住體驗、也不需要維護會員羣體的。
