Two thumbs up for this hotel. Very super service, from prior to arrival until checked out. A very excellent service. They do pick up and drop off services to pudong airport, wildlife animal park, disneyland. Very exclusive service when we left out our stuffs, hotel informed us and send them to us without any cost. Price wise is extremely cheap. Super Well done

We recently stayed at Venus International Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport Wild Animal Park and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, even utilizing translators to ensure seamless communication. Despite our late check-in, they were ready to assist us promptly.The room exceeded our expectations, offering ample space with a comfortable king bed and an additional double bed, ideal for accommodating our family of four. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were commendable, and the thoughtful gesture of providing a packet of fruits added a nice touch to our stay. The presence of multiple windows allowed for excellent ventilation, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.Security was never a concern, providing peace of mind for families. Furthermore, the early breakfast service starting at 6 am was convenient, allowing us to fuel up before our visit to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park at 9 am. The hotel's proximity to the park, just a 10-minute drive away, was incredibly convenient, situated on the main road.Overall, our stay at Venus International Hotel was delightful, offering comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to families planning a visit to the Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

Had a splendid time at Venus. The staff was friendly and the buffet was amazing. 😍😍

A worse nightmare being in the hotel for a night I faced the below issues at hotel 1. AC was not functioning in room, when we complained they said AC maintenance going on so AC will not work for next few days 2. The building seems to be old and facilities are outdated. 3. No fridge available in room 4. Front desk staff were not professional 5. The room had an odour which felt bad 6. Breakfast was bad though We checked out the next day early morning to another hotel to have a peaceful stay If you have another option, please dont go for this one.

Very cosy rooms with all the needed amenities. Staff were nice and quick to check in and out and they serve a decent (mostly Chinese) breakfast. Excellent value for the price.

Beyond expectation on services. Excellent!! They really served us well. So never have any doubt on booking this hotel when you want to visit shanghai animal park....they have free shuttle to the park and also to airport. Thank you very much for all hotel staff great jobs 👍

Great place to stay for the price , ladies on the front desk seen we had a child with us and upgraded to a family room with play area and bubble gum , made my daughter extremely happy, thank you for this , guest laundry amazing , room size big and very comfortable , windows that open for fresh air , good breakfast ... Transport service to and from destination All in all a very happy stay , will definitely stay again when visiting wild animal park ,
