Personale è molto gentile. Il bagno non scaricava bene . Non c’era frigorifero per mettere il bevanda fresco … Peccato che la Colazione solo tipico di posto.

Siamo arrivati nel cuore della notte a causa di vari motivi, la reception è stata trasferita direttamente a una camera executive. Il servizio era a posto e il rapporto qualità-prezzo era davvero alto. Alla fine, la carta d'identità è stata persa accidentalmente nella stanza. ! !

La finestra della famiglia che ho scelto è contro la strada. Ho pensato che sarebbe stato rumoroso di notte. Non avrei mai pensato che il rumore sarebbe stato buono a tarda notte, il servizio dell'hotel è super buono, il servizio di trasferimento gratuito dall'aeroporto di Pudong, auto a guida autonoma e parcheggio gratuito! Prezzi bassi!

Staying was great,the room was clean and smooth.A girl at the check in helped me to change money and explained how to get to the close metro station by bus. It’s far away from the city centre but it was expected The next time I’ll definitely choose your hotel for my holiday,thanks a ton for the night

This hotel offers a free Airport and Disney shuttle. It's very convenient for foreign travellers like us. It also has free breakfast. There's not a lot of food to choose from but it's decent enough. 👌

This hotel is friendly to foreigners. The free shuttle bus is on time and very convenient to travel to the airport and Disneyland. The buffet breakfast served good but same menu everyday. The bed and pillow provided is so so as it is too soft. Toilet is equipped with towels and basic utilities like shampoo and hair dryer. Walking distance to family mart and lawson which opens 24 hours a day. Will recommend this hotel to travellers who is transiting for a night or going to Disneyland.

Good for sleeping purpose. I was there for just a night, the good thing is, they have free transpo to pick me up in the airport & vice versa. You can also booked if you wanna go to Disneyland. Receptionist was nice and was easy to check in. A bit old facility but bed was comfortable & was nice stay.

Good service including hotel front staff, shuttle bus and packed breakfast. Additionally, good location to find a restaurant and convenience store. However, it's quite noisy in the room.

Great price, clean and comfortable room and staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service (to and fro Shanghai Pudong International Airport) made everything so easy for me especially when arriving in the midnight. Just follow the direction and photos they emailed to you. Shuttle bus leaves on time as per schedule. The free buffet breakfast was also good and there were many options. The only setback is the rooms do not have fridge.

A great option to spend the night if you arrive in Shanghai at night. The transfer shuttle from the airport is a great option, it runs on schedule. A good breakfast for the price.

I really liked thi hotel it was the best

We arrived Pudong Airport at 2am. This is probably the only hotel that has 24hrs free shuttle bus service to pick you up at the airport. The staffs can speak good English and very helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious and tidy. The hotel offered free breakfast. It’s not far from Disney Land. You can either take a free shuttle bus or a taxi to get there.

We had a great stay here. We were a bit apprehensive as we read some reviews about the building/rooms smelling like smoke, but we had no such issues. At no point in the lobby, hallways, dining room or our room did we smell any smoke. Additionally, the front desk was very helpful to us as we needed to mail something important, and she ordered the delivery person to come to the hotel, and she handled all of it. We have no complaints.
