Recensioni su Tianhe Hotel Shanghai Pudong Airport

Albergo sopra le mie aspettative per il prezzo pagato (27,90€). Posizionato a 20' dall'aeroporto di Shanghai Pudong, ogni ora un bus trasporta gratuitamente gli ospiti sll'aeroporto. La mia stanza era grande, confortevole, calda e tranquilla, letto comodo e bagno perfetto, addirittura con wc/bidet. Personale molto gentile, con traduttore per comunicare, come in ogni hotel in cina. Colazione non all'altezza dell'albergo, ma mi è dtata offerta, quindi: grazie! Peccato che non essendoci possibilità di contattare l'hotel tramite messaggio con trip.com o via mail, per sapere luogo e orari del bus dall'aeroporto, ho dovuto prendere un taxi per andare in albergo (135yuen = 16€ circa), spero che il management dell'hotel organizzi.

For sure if you transfer in shanghai and need a hotel, go directly book this hotel, and you'll never regret. They will pick you up at the airport and drop you too. Call the hotel number first, they will need information about your Flight time, airport terminal, and better give a picture of you, to make them easy to recognized you. They will pick up at 3rd floor gate 9 departure T1. Hotel staff can speak a little english. So dont worry. They are really helpful, even carrying and loading your luggages into car. It takes 10 minutes from airport to hotel. Check in very fast and surprisingly they will upgrade your room. They gave me a family room with bathtub. But maybe need to fix the bathtub because it is leaking but the closet is very nice, its an automatic. Breakfast just very simple but good. Hotel's surrounding is superb....because a lot of restaurant, mini market even a big supermarket. Many street foods at night and fashion store also massage. I took a taxi to go to the bund and nanjing road, its about 130rmb one way. It tooks about 40 minutes. A very wonderful memory in shanghai. Thank you Tianhe hotel. And all the hotel staff who are very kind and helpful. I will come back next time.

Xiangxiang was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a great value place. If you want a nice cheap stay then come here and you can get a free bus.

The customer service at this hotel is outstanding! They pick us up and drop off us off from the airport. At the hotel you are warmly welcomed. When we checked out I actually forgot my phone charger in the room and they contacted me right away and swiftly arranged to get it back to me. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank YOU!!

Good service, clean room, near Pudong airport.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They took care of my transportation to and from Pudong Airport. The cab driver wanted to charge me double the rate but the hotel staff came to my rescue and ensuring that I was not cheated, simply because I don't speak Chinese. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a night or even a few hours before their flight. It is very close to Pudong Airport.

Hotel was very clean and they had a charter bus that goes to airport. The building itself was old, but they are managing it very clean. Receptionist was very good, and explained us everything with detail using translation tool.

The front desk female receptionist is extremely rude on 17/07/2024. When me and another person were told to wait at the front for hotel transfer by a more polite male receptionist, we waited there. And at 11:20, the female receptionist come out and told me to go to bus and being so rush that she said: "车快走了，快点”。As if I was not told to wait at the front desk (until now, it's still acceptable). She then proceed to another person waiting for the bus, using her wet hand with visible water to wave at them so close, telling them to go to the bus. It was so rude that I told her:''你有礼貌点好吗”，she then replied: ''那你就不要上车了”。

Missed my connection flight, the shuttle bus drop me there , it was a good hotel with the shuttle bus back to the airport!

This hotel is near airport and I arrived at night and can't check the hotel well. Just quite but the carpet in the room has some red stain other thing is ok
