I have to say this is amazing hotel there is very helpful staff especially 万先生 he helped me a lot and the services is super good. The hotel family room is spacious and clean . They provided mineral water and soda drink for us . The breakfast is delicious and there is washing machine provided which is very convenient for travelers. They also provide car to Disneyland and Pudong Airport . I will come back again if I visit Shanghai .

Amazing hotel, every person in the hotel starting from receptionist until cleaning room and resto waiter very helpful, eventhough my chinese language very limited, they are very patient and help us, specially thank you for Lady Hotel Manager that drive us to the airport, really apreciate, will come back again when we visiting Shanghai

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city center. I recommend.

帶孩子來玩迪士尼，整體感受非常棒，離迪士尼15分鐘車程，大巴車接送，前台小姐姐小哥哥笑容甜甜，接待很熱情，租了童車，小姐姐很熱心教怎麼使用，還給推薦了周圍的超市，早餐很豐盛，也很好吃，一次愉快的入住體驗

特別乾淨 ，隔音不錯 前台服務態度也很好 ，基本上是有求必應 ，出去玩了一天回來房間也已經收拾好了，床也是很舒服

前台小姐姐服務特別好，應該姓劉，非常感謝，環境也很好，孩子喜歡桔子水晶酒店，去迪士尼有接送班車，機場也有接送服務，這次出行非常愉快。

乾淨，安靜，基本上房間整個的裝潢也很新，房間里居然還有浴缸真的深得我心，這幾天天天都在路上，日平均步數都超20000+，回來泡泡腳身心得到享受~離迪士尼也比較近，方便，有班車服務還有送機服務，滿意~

特別好的體驗，房間乾淨整潔，空間大，無線網穩定，前台招待熱情，注意事項都説的很清楚，房間內還有飲料免費的，隔音效果好。
