Questo è il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato, le sedie sono così sporche che non sopporto nemmeno di guardarle. Non c'è la doccia a soffitto e anche il soffione è estremamente sporco. È disgustoso. Non c'è una palestra aperta 24 ore su 24. La palestra è esternalizzata a un club che sta per fallire. È accessibile solo alle 11. Le attrezzature sono disordinate, sporche e vecchie. Ho dato un'occhiata alla colazione e non c'era niente. Costava comunque più di 40 yuan come una normale Atour. La tessera Gold è più costosa di Ctrip.

Questo è il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Se non mi avessero chiamato per chiedermi di lasciare una buona recensione, non me ne sarei nemmeno ricordato. 😅 È davvero terribile. Non solo il servizio alla reception è stato indifferente all'ingresso, ma la camera aveva anche un odore forte. La colazione era semplicemente nella media, persino peggiore di quella di un hotel economico. Hanno persino esposto frutta marcia. 🤯 Gli gnocchi di mais sono stati versati direttamente sul vassoio fumante, appena tolti dal frigorifero. È spaventoso cosa succederebbe se ne prendessi uno per sbaglio e lo mangiassi.

Really spacious, clean and convenient hotel. Literally right beside the train station, and surrounded by restaurant and convenient stores. Will definitely stay at the other atour chain of hotels again, very value for money. The staff were super friendly too.

The hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. When you choose to cleaning service during your stay, you bed linens are actually get changed! 3-min from hotel room to Line 2 Metro door, highly recommended if anyone who is looking for convenient public transportation.

Only stayed for one night, but great location on metro line connecting Pudong airport and Hongqiao train station if you're just stopping over in Shanghai. Clean place and friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel staff was very nice but couldn’t speak English 😅🙏 Still was able with translation APP to help, and were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, only Chinese cuisine but good meals.

Always the 1st choice when I visit friends who stays in that area. Only 3 stops away from HongQiao Airport/ train stations, lots of amenities n eateries within walking distance. Room always clean and staff are very friendly. Only need to take note that if room facing main road may will have a very small noise on & off when subway trains in & out.

It is a VERY SMALL room. And it is quite inconvenient for foreigners to login the internet if you don’t have a local phone number.

Well run Atour Hotel with courteous staffs. Breakfast provided on time. Some smoke from certain rooms even though none smoking. Have to remind guests not to smoke.

Overall nice and clean, always love the consistency of Atour Hotel.

Excellent localisation, just next door to the metro station green line 2 Beixinjing (2 stops to the Hingqiao airport, 3 stops to railway station). Seriously next door, from metro exit nr 4 to the hotel entrance there are 5 meters. Just next door there is all day and night open Family Mart and several restaurants, a bigger shop in the underground (metro exit nr 5), KFC, bakery... Green line 2 of metro, so you can travel there directly from the Pudong airport. Hotel rooms are small, but clean and nice. Front desk operates 24h and the staff is nice. There is even a laundry to free use (only chinese writings). In general I grade this hotel very high, because it meet excellent my requirements during 2 weeks stay (in business). For sure I would choose it next time.
