We chose this hotel for its reasonable price and its location near the airport as well as Disneyland. We very extremely happy with our choice. The hotel provides free Disneyland (very well arranged and convenient) and airport shuttle, and even have a robot to deliver our Meituan food orders directly to our room! The rooms were clean and self sufficient. The hotel is also near the old village of Chuan Sha, which makes for an interesting place to explore if you have extra time!
But the standout of this hotel is the well-trained, helpful, professional and friendly staff, which made our stay all the more wonderful. I highly commend all of them as they provided us with service that was on par with 5-star hotels. They have self-service drinks at the lobby but the staff would take the initiative to serve us tea during check in and as we were waiting for our airport shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to go to Shanghai Disneyland.

桔子一直是值得信賴的酒店，提供迪士尼和浦東機場接送機服務，早餐也很豐盛 ，由於趕早航班，入住時前台説未開餐前可以給打包早餐，定的時候沒注意，只有一份早餐，最後還給小朋友解決了早餐問題，

體驗不好，浪費了一些時間。
在附近考試住這裏，辦入住時候跟前台溝通能不能第二天中午一點左右退房（攜程預訂顯示是12點退房），前台有些為難，剛剛他們還送了銀卡會員，我看到是有到1點退房這項權益的，就問可不可以（也跟他們解釋了我本身是有華住會會員的，這次着急沒用另一個手機號訂），前台説那走的時候給個好評吧，我説沒問題。然後就説可以1點退房。上去看到是靠近清理間的一個房間，想着可能晚退房人家也要開後面沒有人訂的房間吧，就沒説啥。
剛到房間沒多久就發現門鎖會自己無緣無故滴滴滴的響，觀察了一段時間給前台電話，他們説喊師傅上來看，師傅在門口聽了十幾分鍾又不響了，我就感覺是門沒關好吧，可能酒店比較舊了。沒想到過了一個小時，我根本沒出房間沒動過房門，又開始響。電話前台説給我換房間。換了一個房間我才發現原來那個房間確實破舊一些（燒水壺是壞的，維修師傅搗鼓了下又能用了），不過新換的房間洗手間門是壞的，推拉很重。
第二天中午11點多回去，上去發現刷不開房門，打電話問酒店説超11點了要到前台刷一下，又跑下去刷。我説我要1點退房，昨天辦入住時候説過的，前台説他不知道，沒人跟他交接，延時退房一個小時加收30元。我説所以我現在是要再付你30元嗎。繞了半天，終於説出來，可以現在先系統處理退房，但是我可以待着，先不讓清掃阿姨過去……
早餐，橘皮牛肉麪，兩塊鹹牛肉，整體鹹的發齁……
總之。一切過程都很累。
也可能是攜程訂單酒店都不樂意吧。
這是住華住會酒店、住桔子體驗最差的一次。

首先對酒店的各種設施很滿意。雖然房間不大，但是我和孩子住也夠了，還有一個小雅座很滿意。其次對酒店的工作人員要提出一個大大的👍，特別是前台的幾位漂亮小姐姐，對我提出的要求一一滿足讓我有種家的温馨感覺。在這裏我要提出特別的感謝。酒店的自助早餐也不錯該有的都有，口味也很豐富。周邊也很繁華想去哪裡都很方便。接送機和接送迪士尼服務讓我免去了後顧之憂。總之這是一次超出我的預期的住宿體驗。下次來迪士尼我還會選擇桔子。
