Il peggior servizio alberghiero di sempre, economico ma niente di buono C'erano scarafaggi che mi mordevano nel letto nel cuore della notte e il bagno era rotto! 💩Non riesco a buttare lo scarico. Vorrei chiedere se la governante non pulisce regolarmente il bagno e non sa nemmeno se il WC è rotto? La riparazione è stata ritardata. Inizialmente l'avevo prenotata per 3 giorni, ma ero così spaventata dall'igiene che l'ho restituita rapidamente e l'ho sostituita con una Mingjie Wanli nelle vicinanze 🤮 Sono andato alla reception per segnalare la situazione e la reception ha detto tre parole: non capisco. Non sei cinese? Troviamo qualcuno che possa capirti. Se hai un problema con il tuo QI, non fare l'addetto alla reception. Dall'inizio alla fine, non ti sei nemmeno dispiaciuto per me! La reception ha anche detto che non hanno paura delle recensioni negative. È fantastico. Devi pagare e soffrire.

L'esperienza non è stata buona, ho cambiato camera due volte. L'aria condizionata non è andata bene per un po', e la fibra di rete non è andata bene per un po'. Nell'ultima stanza che ho cambiato, c'era acqua sul pavimento dopo aver fatto la doccia. Mi sento molto male

Non prenotare se il prezzo è superiore a 150 yuan. Le strutture della camera non sono così male come al solito. Non c'è un disinfettante per le mani. C'è un capello sul letto. L'arredamento è molto scadente e le foto ingannano è la prima volta che do una recensione negativa. Il servizio del cuoco di noodle al ristorante non è male.

Se avessi saputo meglio, avrei scelto un hotel della catena. L'hotel non fornisce beni di prima necessità come prodotti per la cura della pelle, cavi di ricarica o accappatoi. È molto scomodo perché rimango a Shanghai solo per una notte viaggio d'affari. Non ci sono servizi in camera. È anche molto strano che ci sia la lavatrice e il frigorifero ma non la TV.

Great stay, there is a window for ventilation, individual airconditioning, great mattress and clean bed sheets, cleaner comes everyday with smile, washing machine is clean, kitchen utensils all good. A bit far from downtown, but fair enough if you are not going to town too frequent.

Cafeteria service hospitality is great, I went to have breakfast near closing hours, the waitress serves with whatever she can grab, able to fill my need. Door lock faulty, need to change room when check in, a bit of waiting. The hotel rooms was converted from housing apartments, cooker hood installed without cooker. Display at 4-Star hotel without TV.

It’s near the airport & hotel is small. Breakfast has not much options. Budget save & cost effective for long stay. it has mini kitchen & washing machine. The room is small.

Nice hotel - excellent location (very close to the metro), clean room, good breakfast. I lowered the rating for the fact that despite the ban on smoking in the rooms and lobby, the room stinks of cigarettes, people were quietly smoking in the next room, opening the door to the corridor, there were smokers in the lobby too. And the hotel staff didn't react to it. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel for families with children or those who cannot tolerate cigarette smoke.

Very clean and nice hotel. Very friendly staff and Very clean bath with high water pressure and nice furniture. Relatively good located and perfect for a short stay or even long term if business requires. Not direct in the centet but DiDi brings you everywhere in time for less than 3 dollars. Definitely recommend!

Location - good location , walking distance to metro station line 14 & new CBD area of Putuo. Convience for food & transport. Facilities - clean & modern Service - staff are supportive but not too friendly. Booked for today stay but hotel key card auto ineffective after first day stay and need to reset at front office. Very strange arrangement
