The place is like service apartments. The cars can only alight outside, cannot do to the door. Then there is a flight of about 5 steps up to the lobby. Even on the rooms level, there are some steps so those with very very heavy luggage need to know when choosing room. Conveniently opposite Wukang building. Nearest metro is 交通大学, like a 5min walk away. No way of indicating no need for makeup of room on the door or do not disturb. You need to let lobby know if you do not want room make up service. Free water is available.

This is a simple hotel in a good location. Close to wukang building which is gorgeous. Very basic amenities. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Loved the washing machine/dryer and kitchenette. Only issue was the hot water was not hot in the shower.

It’s very convenient as there are two bus stations and metro station near to the hotel. You can take 911/926 to the most of the shopping spot as well as the Bunds. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they upgraded my room as I requested non-smoking room.

With this price ,highly not recommended!This is an apartment not hotel.

Perfect location and size for a family. Everything is new and bedsheets are so fresh and spotless. Definetly coming back if they mantain good prices

Opposite to Wukang maison. 200m from Jiaotong subway station. Very good location. Good hotel. I will come back.

Of the 5 Shanghai properties in the same price range that I've stayed in this month, this place has definitely been my favorite. Previously, the Nanying Hotel (only about 500 meters away) held this title, but Reese (I don't think this is their actual English name, by the way) on Xingguo Road really impressed me all fronts. I would give it 5 stars for both service and location, but you need to realize that it's more of a serviced apartment than a hotel and doesn't have a fancy Huaihai Road entrance. But, for roughly the same price as Nanying, I got an entire apartment with brand new appliances, and a location that I think is slightly better (e.g. you have Wukang and Xingguo almost right at the entrance). Meanwhile, the front desk staff is amazing; they helped me deal with requests, such as a botched 京东 delivery, that other hotels wouldn't even think about entertaining.

The location is nice. The room I was given first was very smelly but the hotel changed it immediately. There are better options in that area for that price

Very helpful staff, well situated. Fantastic location for architecture enthusiasts. (Very close to Normandie apartments). Beds were a bit hard for my parents.

旅館區位非常棒，一下樓右邊就是大名鼎鼎的武康大樓，再左轉一點點就是宋慶齡故居（需提前預約），整條武康路、興國路大多都是租借時期的歐美建築，還有一個羅密歐陽台也很有名。旅館旁邊一堆茶飲店、咖啡店、麵包店，不愁吃。（但我都是叫**啦，我比較習慣吃飯，沒辦法中國人嘛😅） 旅館設施還行，早上附近有在施工所以會有噪音，房間衛生的話就有點小問題，房間常看到長髮絲在地上、在桌上、甚至在床上都有，可我是短髮的男人，也沒帶女人進房間啊，那頭髮哪兒來的🤨 不過我還是會推薦這間啦，區位實在太棒了，而且旅館的良窳也不是我到上海旅遊的目的，能睡覺就好了，也沒啥好抱怨的。

前台小姐姐幫我升了房，環境不錯，隔音我覺得也蠻好的，可能是因為有兩個門，但是330房間廁所有一個窗户關不上，而且廁所的窗户沒有窗簾，早上七八點就被亮醒了，我本來準備睡到十點，有點沒休息好。我已經跟客服反應了，之後入住330房間的客人可以注意一下，看有沒有整改。 地理位置很方便，樓下就是武康大樓和很火的麪包店，附近可以citywalk

朋友在酒店丟了一個對他來説十分有意義的東西，前台的工作人員第一時間就幫忙找了很多遍，很耐心的陪我們一個一個排除幹擾，從收走的布草到精確辨認所住房間的垃圾，從前台工作人員聯繫到保潔員，又聯繫到店長最後詢問布草工作人員，朋友本來都不抱希望了，但是真的找到了！還幫忙郵寄到了朋友家裡，真的很感謝。這份責任心實在是讓人覺得很安心，本來只是一個2天的倉促見面，但是真的覺得收穫了滿滿的善意，真的太感謝啦！
