"The cleanliness and amenities are tiptop 👍🏻 the house is new and so the furniture. The house is simple yet elegant. The toilets are clean and the water flow was great 👍🏻 3 bedroom with extra pillow and mattress was excellent! The park and pool at level 9 are superb! Just need to improve the instructions for check in, the house location, the parking, the wifi password and please add the instructions for check out process. The last stay, took me almost 2 hours just to check in and another 1 hours to check out. Both I figured out my self. Overall, very recommended and I will repeat the stay here 👍🏻"

"Il check-in è stato facile, l'ospite ha dato istruzioni passo per passo su come controllare e raccogliere le chiavi. Era un piacevole soggiorno e io consiglio di rimanere qui. Forniscono anche frigo d'aria e microonde. Distanza da camminare al centro di convezione della città di Setia e al centro di città di Setia."

"Camminare a piedi dal centro di convegno di Setia City Mall & Setia City. Meno di 5 minuti a piedi.
Proprietario / amministratore molto responsabile via Whatsapp. Rispondere rapidamente al messaggio e dare chiare istruzioni per il check-in e check-out.

UUtente anonimoThe room type I booked through Trip.com was supposed to have a masjid view. I'm not sure if this was a misleading detail from Trip.com to attract customers or an issue from the hotel itself, but I did not receive the expected view. Additionally, the room was quite noisy due to the fan, even at its lowest setting. I could also hear loud footsteps from the upper level until 11 PM, as well as noise from people coming in and out of the rooms and from outside the building. Instead of the anticipated view, my room faced another building. The food was decent, though the variety was limited. However, the service was friendly overall, and the dining area manager was particularly kind. Despite the room feeling slightly outdated with an old-fashioned ambiance, it is still a suitable place for families to stay.

UUtente ospiteThe place had a broken shattaf (bidet). Bathroom lights flickering. Bathroom smelling of a bad odor. Ac in the room when switched on was leaking water. Floors were dirty. I I tried to use the Washing machine and all the water leaked out on the floor. It was spinning just fine but the water didnt drain properly it just leaked outside. Walls had wall paper peeling off from all sides and the wallpaper was so dirty. Iron board was all ripped off. Do not be deceived by pictures you see on the app. I wouldn't come back here unless they were to renovate the place. The place was not maintained at all otherwise the space is beautiful and big. The Chinese guy who came to gice us a new iron board and to help us with the washing machine is a very humble and nice guy. He tried to help us clean the wet floor because of the leakage from the washing machine and he apologized. Good guy really. Self check in and check out was very smooth. Note: there is no luggage storage option available.

UUtente ospiteThis is my first time staying at this hotel, and I’m impressed as it’s the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I’ve experienced. Everything was just perfect. The mattress and pillows were incredibly soft. I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow.
I didn’t get a chance to go to the swimming pool as I was busy with the wedding, but I’ll definitely come back and book the same room, 517!

DDin_SaintThe hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

KKHOR MUI KIMIl mio soggiorno all'hotel era semplicemente bello. Anche se aveva parcheggio gratuito e si trovava convenientemente vicino al mio luogo di riunione, c'erano diverse questioni. La pressione dell'acqua era lenta, e il vetro nel bagno era visibile, che era inconfortabile. Inoltre, c'era un odore di fumo che proveniva da altre stanze, che era sgradevole.

Aaira mikhaI am very satisfied that there is a parking place and a nearby restaurant/mini market. The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application

MM.AmirulNessuna guida su come accedere. nemmeno whatsapp nessuno risponde. Lo stesso giorno, dobbiamo chiamarli per orientamento dove raccogliere la chiave dell'appartamento. bisogna chiamare qualche volta. raccogliere in un blocco diverso al blocco B1 ma rimanere al blocco E. Uno della stanza al livello 27, Camera n. 19 con il loro problema di frigorifero. quando si è su di esso, le fughe avverranno & il pavimento sarà bagnato. La mia proposta di guardare in un altro hotel vicino al parco tema di i-city invece di questo appartamento.
