My stay at the hotel was just nice. While it had free parking and was conveniently located near my meeting place, there were several issues. The water pressure was slow, and the glass in the bathroom was see-through, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a smoking smell coming from other rooms, which was unpleasant.

It was a splendid hotel! We had a great time there. The hotel is nearby to the mall and lot of shops which is convenient for us. The view is super fascinating.❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely book this place again

1-Night Stai in Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie Recentemente, il mio marito ha fatto un soggiorno di ultima notte per celebrare il suo compleanno, e abbiamo deciso di andare fuori da KL. Ecco un rapido commento: Tempo di check-in: 3 pm. Tempo di check-out: 12 p.m. RM100 deposito richiesto al check-in. Parcheggio gratuito (convalida la carta Touch’n Go ogni volta che uscite). La stanza era pulita, con un comodo letto matrimoniale (1.5m ampio) e divano letto. Separate i bagni e la zona da bagno, e se avete bisogno di servizi come un tovagliolo, chiamate il personale. Ha una scelta per la camera di connessione. Limited TV channels, but the quality’ clear. Il menu di cena in camera è su un canale TV! . Abbiamo lasciato il colazione per dormire e ricarrare prima di prendere i bambini. Certamente un luogo rilassante per un rapido viaggio!

The hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.

The room is spacing with basic amenity to accomodate one night stay. This facility near to a restaurant, convenient store etc and located at central town. The price is cheap.

I am very satisfied that there is a parking place and a nearby restaurant/mini market. The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application

This is not my first time staying here..it’s a large room with pantry and dining area..comfortable bed and convenient parking..the only inconvenience thing is the ironing area is at the dark area..hard to do some ironing in the dark area..maybe can improve on that

Last minute booking Small room And Air cond not is not funtion well Water leaking… Already inform to the staff,they know about the Air cond condition..they know I feel not fair for customer Myb first amd last chek in this hotel
