ELEVEN Apartments Real de la Carretería, by Homing U

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at Eleven Apartments Seville. The location was good, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. On the surface, the apartment looked modern and clean, but after checking in and seeing the apartment this is not the case. It’s evident things are broken and been fixed poorly - our shampoo holder fell off the wall and flimsy bathroom rails are held together by double sided tape… was all very strange! Many other examples like this throughout the apartment. The worst part of our stay was the SMELL. As soon as we entered the apartment there was a strong sewage smell coming from the main bathroom and radiating throughout the entire apartment. We complained and a handyman was sent but could not fix the smell. The owners then came in a poured bleach everywhere and made the apartment smell like a swimming pool. The sewage smell returned soon after the bleach. It was very unpleasant and we disliked every moment we had to be in the apartment. The smell preventing us from sleeping and made us feel sick. We complained again but no action was taken. We weren’t offered to move to different apartment and simply had to stay with the horrible smell. After checking out we provided feedback to the owners and they would not provide compensation for our stay. We were offered a discounted stay for a FUTURE visit, however given the smell and sickness I would never choose to stay here again (even if it was for free)! Overall, after a couple of days of sightseeing beautiful Seville, each time we dreaded coming back to the apartment. The smell really ruined our stay in Seville. I highly recommend choosing anywhere else to stay but here. DON’T BOOK THIS APARTMENT - YOUR HEALTH IS NOT WORTH IT!

While apartment was very pretty and modern, they have major issues with sewer smells and licks in smaller bathrooms. First time we called they came, second time she came but there fix for horrible smell was spray air freshener. Very disappointed, I complained and asked to speak to owner, no one ever replied to that request.

We literally cannot fault this apartment (number 21). It was spotlessly clean, had everything you need in an apartment and was in a fabulous location. The staff who manage the apartment went above and beyond after our flight was delayed by a day. Cristina sorted the extra night and Karina sent us top tips for restaurants etc. She sorted us a taxi for the airport and advised that we could contact her for any issues. The whole experience has been exceptional. We would 100% recommend this apartment.

Instalaciones de 10 a apenas unos metros de los principales monumentos de Sevilla. Atención ideal de todo el equipo de recepción. No puedo encontrarlo ninguna pega a este establecimiento, nos sentimos en casa desde la llegada (que nos dieron opción a ser autónoma).
