Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

L'hotel è così bello! Tornerò sicuramente. È il più meritevole tra i tanti hotel a cinque stelle in cui sono stato. Il design, il servizio e la posizione sono semplicemente perfetti! La reception mi ha aiutato con il parcheggio e la colazione era molto ricca. Mi piace molto questo posto. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare lì.

Il benvenuto è stato eccellente e con molti sorrisi. Ci è stato offerto un drink ed un omaggio in camera. L'abitazione è profumata fin dall'arrivo e PULITISSIMA. Bagno compreso. A disposizione gli accappatoi, le ciabattine e morbidi asciugamani bianchi. La linea cortesia è di Penhaligon's, molto elegante. Ottimi materassi. Alla sera una gentile signorina bussa e consegna dei cioccolatini. Siamo vicini alla piazza La Encarnación, dove si trova la Setas de Sevilla. A poche centinaia di metri la Cattedrale. La zona è tranquilla e si dorme nel silezio. Colazione pregevole fino alle 11:00 !! Le spremute di arance di Siviglia sono deliziose. Il menù delle uova che preparano al momento è ampio. Anche qui complimenti al personale di sala che si dimostra sempre felice di vederti. Il rooftop Bar regala una vista di Siviglia dall'alto. C'è la piscina per i mesi più caldi, la palestra e la sauna. Il ristorante al piano terra è molto piacevole e ben arredato. Il Bus dall'aeroporto costa €4 a persona e si trova facilmente all'uscita dello stesso. Fermata: Marqués de Paradas. Da qui, in meno di 10 minuti, abbiamo camminato fino a via Ortiz de Zúñiga, dove è situato l'hotel. Per il ritorno abbiamo scelto il taxi. Il suo costo è di €25. ... La struttura è completamente nuova, arredata con materiali di pregio. E' curata nei dettagli. I miei ringraziamenti e complimenti ai collaboratori che si prodigano per rendere il soggiorno dei migliori e trasmettono la sensazione che è importante per loro che tu sia in questo hotel. Buona vita a tutti!

La posizione è molto buona, la città vecchia è appena fuori dalla porta e ci sono molti posti dove mangiare. Anche l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono. La stanza non è grande. Svantaggi: Ma se noleggi un'auto, scoprirai che non è facile parcheggiare intorno all'auto. Le viste dalle finestre delle diverse stanze variano notevolmente. Se sei sfortunato, sarai vicinissimo alla finestra opposta.

Hotel in ottimo luogo e suggestivo con qualche pecca: camera poco insonorizzata verso l'esterno (impareggiabile vista, ma rumore da strada). Attenzione: non tutte le camera hanno parquet come in foto, ma una vecchia moquette (abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare una stanza). Buona la colazione. Nella prenotazione web era stata promessa, come omaggio di accoglienza per ogni camera, una bottiglia di vino e invece non ci è stata data.

We were not staying at the hotel , but having met some rather rude waiters in the “we are so busy we don’t care” area around the palace we spotted the roof top terrace advert. Great view and the beers were cold and tasty. Marta in the rooftop bar was friendly and efficient - so hospitable, professional and full of interesting conversation. A Star! On reception I needed help with purchasing some tickets on line Helena was amazing - polite, professional and just brilliant in every way. She navigated the Spanish website for me and the tickets were sorted. Again a Star! If these two wonderful people are a reflection of the hotel then - wow! Big thank you to both ;)

Siamo stati al Eurostar Sevilla Boutique 4 notti, la posizione è davvero ottima si arriva in poco a piedi a tutto, dall’hotel alla Cattedrale e al Real Alcazar ci vogliono 4 minuti a piedi. Anche per raggiungere il fiume ci vuole un quarto d’ora. L’hotel ha un patio c’entrale con un lucernario ed un soffitto a cassettoni molto bello. Purtroppo la Receptionist non parlava inglese, abbastanza ridicolo per una catena internazionale. Abbiamo preso una stanza da 3, che consisteva sostanzialmente in una stanza da 2 con un letto aggiunto. la stanza carina un po’ anni 70’. La porta del bagno faceva un sacco di rumore quando si chiudeva e non c’era una chiave. La colazione è okay. L’hotel però ha una terrazza stupenda vista cattedrale. Non so bene perchè il bar della terrazza era chiuso in piene vacanze natalizie. Consiglio l’hotel per la sua posizione, se si vuole fare un weekend a Siviglia.

Le camere, le letti, cucine erano grandi e forniscono un buon sonno, lavanderia e un bel modo di godere di pochi giorni in città. Devi essere abbastanza da te stesso per il loro uso, perché è tutto fatto attraverso la comunicazione dell'app e un'app che si scarica per entrare e uscire dalla stanza/edificio. L'unico commento negativo che avevo avuto è stato che la stanza è diventata molto calda e ci ha voluto un po' di lavoro per convincere la squadra che il problema con la temperatura non era negli Stati Uniti, ma il termostat non funzionava correttamente. Infine, una persona è venuta in camera nostra e ha potuto scoprire cosa sbagliava dopo aver dovuto saltare diverse speranze per cercare di risolvere la questione; in difesa, quando era stata risolta, era molto scusata. Inoltre, ci hanno offerto un colazione che era una scatola caduta fuori dalla porta della stanza, ma il cibo era buono il primo giorno non abbiamo capito il sistema e abbiamo lasciato che si sedesse fuori troppo a lungo.

Suites Murillo Catedral è collocato in una posizione perfetta per visitare Siviglia spostandosi comodamente a piedi; si trova infatti a pochi metri dalla Cattedrale e tutti gli altri punti d'interesse della città sono a breve distanza. Le stanze sono molto pulite ed arredate con cura. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale consigliandoci cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come spostarci; inoltre ci ha riservato un benvenuto molto gradito al nostro arrivo. Era a disposizione un servizio di pulizia delle camere giornaliero, con cambio asciugamani. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia, sceglierei sicuramente di alloggiare qui.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, on a quiet, narrow street within meters/yards of great cafes and bars. Minutes away from the cathedral and alcazar. Staff was exceptional. The woman at the front desk helped us to book taxis and arranged other details to make sure we were comfortable in our room. Roof top bar is a great place for an early evening glass of wine. We were there on a weekend and preferred a room that was off of the courtyard so we could not hear the bar crowd. Room is spacious and well laid out. Amenities are exceptional. Breakfast was high quality and fresh. Wonderful location, wonderful staff!
