Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

Suites Murillo Catedral è collocato in una posizione perfetta per visitare Siviglia spostandosi comodamente a piedi; si trova infatti a pochi metri dalla Cattedrale e tutti gli altri punti d'interesse della città sono a breve distanza. Le stanze sono molto pulite ed arredate con cura. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale consigliandoci cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come spostarci; inoltre ci ha riservato un benvenuto molto gradito al nostro arrivo. Era a disposizione un servizio di pulizia delle camere giornaliero, con cambio asciugamani. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia, sceglierei sicuramente di alloggiare qui.

Rimasto qui per 10 giorni come famiglia di 4 - con 2 grandi ragazzi (16 e 18). L'appartamento aveva la propria zona privata, ma c'era un balcone comunale con vista della Giralda che doveva uccidere. C'era un frigorifero con un congelatore, una lavatrice, un ferro e un microonde/forno combinati. Tutto quello che ci serviva. C'era un cavallo di vestiti per asciugare i vestiti. Ci è stato permesso di tenere il bagaglio in ricezione prima di check-in (2pm) un dopo check-out a causa del nostro orario di volo. La signora non poteva essere più accogliente. L'appartamento è stato pulito ogni 3 giorni. La cattedrale è a soli 5 minuti. Usavamo un Aldi a 15 minuti a piedi sulla Calle Martin Villa, mentre ci facevamo da soli per molto tempo. Molto centrale. Ben consigliato.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, on a quiet, narrow street within meters/yards of great cafes and bars. Minutes away from the cathedral and alcazar. Staff was exceptional. The woman at the front desk helped us to book taxis and arranged other details to make sure we were comfortable in our room. Roof top bar is a great place for an early evening glass of wine. We were there on a weekend and preferred a room that was off of the courtyard so we could not hear the bar crowd. Room is spacious and well laid out. Amenities are exceptional. Breakfast was high quality and fresh. Wonderful location, wonderful staff!

Ottima posizione. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera buia con l’arredamento datato, il frigobar a vista e una finestra piccolissima dai vetri oscurati che dava un senso claustrofobico, abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza più carina ma altrettanto claustrofobica, anche questa con una finestra piccolina oscurata e che si apriva solo per metà. Per la cassaforte bisognava chiedere la chiave, abbiamo rinunciato per evitare di portarla sempre con noi. La colazione buona e fatta nel bellissimo patio. Il parcheggio a fianco ma scomodo perché per entrare e uscire bisognava chiedere il telecomando in reception e riportarlo subito, sperando che nessuno dovesse entrare o uscire in quel momento.

Il servizio è stato il migliore tra gli hotel che ho visitato in Spagna. Il personale dell'hotel era fluente in inglese e molto amichevole. E' anche facile trasferirsi al parasol Metropolitano e ad altre attrazioni turistiche di Sevilla.

We have just enjoyed 2 nights here. Firstly the young lady on reception is amazing she told us lots of local information looked up best places to watch the 3 kings parade, pointed out places of interest on a map. The honour kitchen is a lovely idea with enough things to give you a start in the morning and refreshments throughout the day. The hotel itself was perfect for what we wanted a nice clean room to sleep in which couldn’t have been in a better location for all of the sites. Plenty of places to eat close by. We didn’t hear any noise from our room and the added bonus of being able to use the rooftop to sit and have a breakfast snack was just lovely. I would certainly return.
