Buon alloggio anche se caro (un po' come tutti gli altri a Siviglia), comunque la location è buona, vicino alla stazione degli autobus e a poche centinaia di metri dal centro. E' completo di ogni accessorio e macchina del caffè espresso (si consiglia di aggiungere almeno una capsula al giorno e per ogni componente).

Huoneisto oli loistavalla sijainnilla, lähellä paljon pikkuputiikkeja, kahviloita, ravintoloita ja Placa de armas -bussiasema. Keskustaan vain kävelymatka ja joen varteen museoihin ja turistikohteisiin pääsi hetkessä. Saimme selkeät ohjeet; olisi ollut kiva jos ennakkocheck-in olisi tullut vähän aiemmin. Kysyttäessä saimme vastauksia, kaikkea infoa ei ollut automaattisesti saatavilla.

Stayed here for a week. Lovely spacious clean appt. In a quiet street but close to bars ,restaurants and within easy walking distance to all main attractions. Bus station approx 10 mins easy walk. In was 28 degrees last week and the rooftop pool area with tables and chairs etc was so lovely. A real treat after walking around the old town. Only one ******... if you have other guests who are noisy then you might struggle to sleep as sound insulation not the best . We were fine though. Loved it.x

Nice place super shower. Poor services. No flex on check in. If you arrive in AM you are hooped till 3. One bath towel / person for 4 days. Two diff coffee machines did not work. One roll toilet paper / person 4 days. Half a sponge in kitchen. No cleaning supplies no broom no soap one small roll paper towels. TV problems.

This is our second time to stay at this property. We are very happy with the hotel service and the condition of the property. It is also walkable to the sights and restaurants. If we decide to come again to Sevilla next year, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a great property, centrally located in Sevilla. Can walk to all of the tourist sites. Place was very clean and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Staff is very helpful and communicative.

Just wonderful… great location, affordable, well equipped and really good support from host Marina through Whatsapp. Ideal location to use as a base for exploring Seville; everything is within walking distance. Can definitely recommend!

Comfortable, clean and easy to communicate with the property. Hard to find and parking underground is tight at 20E a day. Overall excellent stay.

Close to everything. We stayed with our 5 year old. We had the primary bedroom and he had the fold out bed on the couch. Everything was comfortable and quiet. Good size apartment, clean, really nicely appointed, coffee maker, coffee and waters provided. It is a very nice hotel room and we had two bathrooms, shower, no bathtub. We walked to the river and there are tons of restaurants nearby and a ton to do. We were assisted with check in by staff who are at nearby Hotel Madrid. There is no desk here but they have 24 hour staff if you need assistance. Make sure you request parking in your special requests/guest information if you have a car. I’m not sure what we would have done if they didn’t have any parking left underground here as it’s a very crowded area in a heavily dense part of the center. But note it’s 20 euro to park (if they have space) and low clearance to get into garage (under 180). But there is an elevator for luggage.
