What an amazing hotel! After staying in some hotels in Spain in Madrid and Cordoba that weren’t great, this was a peach. The staff was lovely, the rooms fantastic, the breakfast included. I can’t say enough about this hotel. The showers were spacious and had good water pressure. The location couldn’t be beat.

Beautiful traditional Seville house converted into a hotel. Variety of rooms up to suite level. We stayed in a superior double. All amenities in the room were first class. Service was exceptional with staff offering many tips as to where to go, eat etc. The continental breakfast was superb with fresh ingredients and plenty of it! Omelettes etc can be requested for an additional cost (reasonable). There is an honesty bar and a beautiful communal lounge area to relax in as well as a roof top terrace. Only 5 minutes from the cathedral. Highly recommended

The CdR is utterly beautiful, it is like being in a private house with the best service. Each room is stunningly decorated but feels calm and relaxing. Each bedroom has a different layout and they all incorporate the charm of the original building. The rooms with a terrace, plunge pool and lounger area are incredibly spoiling yet will be the best combination for when the heat starts in the city. The breakfast was wonderful, starting with fresh fruit and pastries, delicious coffee and if you want it, lots of other breakfast combinations. For staying in the glorious city of Seville this is a must, you are literally around the corner from the Cathedral, restaurants and cafes, yet it is peaceful. The staff are helpful and dedicated to making your stay the best it can be.

Beautiful hotel in the old part of town …close to the Cathedral and Alcazar and wonderful restaurants. Very friendly and welcoming and lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend if you want a small boutique hotel with a personal service.

We came for my son’s 30th and my 60th birthdays and we were blown away by the genuine care and attention given by the staff, they gave recommendations, which were all excellent and made booking which ensured our weekend in Seville was excellent. The hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and quiet and the bed is really comfortable. The shower is amazing and you don’t want to get out of it. If I could give more than 5 out of 5, I would!

Really lovely hotel in a perfect location in the centre of Seville. Impeccable service from the staff from the start. Staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations, and managed to get us a last minute reservation at Casa Roman (a fantastic, and very busy restaurant). The room itself was well furnished, classic and tasteful. Sympathetic to the age of the building but fully modernised as expected and very clean. The bed was firm and comfortable and the shutters kept out light and noise perfectly. The bathroom was stunning, very large with his and her sinks, large bath tub and separate shower. A major bugbear for me is poor water pressure and ridiculously small and thin towels. This hotel provides huge fluffy towels and has great water pressure. The wine and olive oil left as gifts for guests was a nice touch, though the olive oil would be better if provided in a smaller quantity as anyone traveling with hand luggage only will have to leave it behind. One small complaint about the room was the drinking water left in the room. Bottles were left on the first night but not the nights that followed (a further two nights). There were two bottles of water in the mini fridge, both small and both expensive at 5.50euros each. Free water should be provided for guests on a nightly basis. The continental breakfast was perfectly adequate and sufficient for our needs. We had a cooked breakfast on our last day (to avoid eating airport food) and this was really good quality, locally sourced products, well cooked and presented. I recommend staying at this fantastic hotel in this beautiful city and hope to return soon.
