La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. L'aula può essere detto che è dorata. Anche se la stanza è bella, è molto piccola e le finestre non possono essere aperte per morire.Il servizio è ancora molto entusiasta, il personale di servizio entra nella casa per le diverse spiegazioni. Il più bello dell'hotel è quella piccola scatola. È stato studiato come aprire 😂 Mezzo giorno 😂 Se il rapporto prezzo della stanza è ancora un po' costoso, forse ci sono più fattori di storia dell'hotel.

Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

La cosa migliore del soggiorno è stata la colazione: varia, molto buona, abbondante, con targhette di descrizione di ogni offerta. Palestra carina, buona per cardio e per un potenziamento senza pretese. Personale molto gentile e paziente. Le cose che non vanno, e che condizionano purtroppo la mia valutazione. Ed è un peccato, perché la struttura sarebbe molto valida. - richiesta di intervento per la riparazione dell'aspiratore del bagno fatta due volte. Purtroppo è rimasto rotto, e nessuno ci ha fornito una spiegazione. - personale al desk a volte insufficiente. - ci è stato detto che la colazione sarebbe stata servita dalle 7 alle 10. Purtroppo il sabato e la domenica viene servita più tardi, e noi avevamo delle visite guidate decise considerando la prima informazione. Per fortuna, una volta fatto notare l'inconveniente, mi è stata aperta la sala colazioni. - avevamo richiesto con un'ora di anticipo un taxi per l'aeroporto, che non è arrivato. Dalla strada siamo tornati alla reception, che ha chiamato il taxi. Il taxista ci ha fatto vedere lo schermo del cellulare con l'orario dell'avviso di chiamata, che risaliva a 5 minuti prima. - bar fuori uso per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Ci piace il nostro soggiorno di una notte all'hotel Tayko a Siviglia. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio conveniente su una piattaforma di parcheggio all'altra parte della strada. Il responsabile della reception è stato molto utile con il check-in e check-out. Era molto caldo a Siviglia quando siamo arrivati all'hotel e ringraziiamo l'acqua di limone e la coppa di scavo che ci ha offerto al nostro arrivo. L'hotel si è aperto 8 mesi fa e la camera era ben decorata e pulita. La camera aveva acqua, Coca-Cola e Inez Rosales torte (tutti di cortesia) nella camera. Avevamo una bella vista della sorgente di Hispalis sulla porta di Jerez. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel molto piacevole che ha un ottimo sito e un buon servizio al cliente.

Hotel meraviglioso, pulitissimo, camera spaziosa ed accogliente, situato in una bellissima zona appena distante 19 minuti dal centro! È un hotel a 4 stelle ma potrebbe sembrare di 5 per la granissima pulizia e comfort che ti da! Inoltre sono disponibili in versione grande doccia schiuma, shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo di altissima qualità, ho anche apprezzato il sapone liquido per le mani( mai trovato in nessuno hotel!) Il personale è sempre gentilissimo e sorridente! Grazie per la meravigliosa esperienza, ancora sono qui ma so già che mi mancherete! ❤️

Talk about a low grade hotel with terrible customer service and terrible morals. I wish Trip Advisor allowed zero stars. I’ll start by saying, this is my very first hotel review because of how particularly awful this establishment was and unprofessional the staff is. Convenience is not always the answer; there are plenty of other hotels in the area that can offer quality customer service, a good night sleep, and behave with honesty. I had a medical emergency where I needed to cancel my last nights stay. I notified the hotel a few days in advance of check-in and only a few short hours after the penalty window with Expedia. Expedia mentioned that they would need to seek approval from the hotel to receive a refund. The hotel manager gave approval to waive the last nights fee, which I have written proof of from an Expedia agent. I stayed at the hotel for a couple nights as planned, although conditions were less than ideal (which was difficult to report in real time because there was no staff present during my stay, aside from housekeepers, and they do not answer phone calls). After I check out, the hotel manager sends me a WhatsApp message that they will not be agreeing to waive my fee for the last night. When I asked to speak with customer service at the hotel, they told me that they cannot discuss the matter because they are “in meetings all day”. Mind you, this entire conversation is taking place on WhatsApp because they will not pick up my call. Beyond the hotels dishonesty, there were other concerns with my stay. The hotel was very loud due to paper thin walls. It felt like you were sharing a room with SEVERAL neighbors, similar to a hostel. I was awoken several times during the night from people coming and going, and again in the early morning due to loud boisterous noise coming from the common rooms. The second night in particular was a sleepless night. Further, there is no one working at the hotel after 1:30pm so my check-in experience was less than ideal. They were supposed to send an email before you check-in with the information to let yourself into the hotel; however, no email was received (in my standard or junk inbox) and I was forced to wait outside with all my luggage for some time, stressed of course because no one would answer my calls. Seville is a beautiful destination, do not settle for this sloppy excuse for a hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. Bastano pochi minuti per attraversare il fiume a piedi per raggiungere il centro città e i punti panoramici. L'hotel è nuovissimo con strutture complete e un servizio premuroso. È adatto a tutti i tipi di turisti. Ho anche ho soggiornato al ristorante Zenit a Valencie, ed è tutto buono. Consigliato!

We had booked the Apartmentos as the location was excellent being close to everything in the centre of Seville that we wanted to visit, and our chosen apartment had a balcony so we could enjoy a bit of time outside. The staff were excellent; very helpful all round in fact and could not be faulted. We were arriving after the reception closed (7 p.m.) and were a little unsure how we would get access to the building and apartment. Thankfully just as we arrived some other guests were arriving too and let us into the building. Getting into the apartment was much easier as the instructions had been emailed to us beforehand. As others have said, it's not the easiest place to find and I am glad I had read other reviews about the entrance being down the side of the Casa Carmen restaurant. If you are heading there and are unsure, go to the end of the alleyway, turn right and walk right to the end of the building. The reception and entrance are the last 2 doors you see. If I am being honest the apartment we were in (2A) needed a bit of TLC. It didn't get in the way of our enjoyment, but a day or so's work/repairs would solve all the small items and make it so much nicer.

Ci piace il nostro soggiorno di una notte all'hotel Tayko a Siviglia. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio conveniente su una piattaforma di parcheggio all'altra parte della strada.
