Comfort Inns are a go-to hotel brand when I travel, and usually they are excellent. Overall, this one is good but some aspects are below the standard I’ve come to expect. The building and public areas are run down and showing age. The lobby and hallway carpets are frayed and dirty, the front door makes loud noises when opening (so much so that we had to change rooms because you can hear the door from rooms above), and the one tiny elevator is very slow. The rooms, though, have been remodeled recently. Brand new bathroom, furniture, fixtures, and bed. Some nice touches such as bedside USB ports to charge your devices overnight and a desk with extra plugs. The room has a strong microwave, which also has plugs for anything that might need electricity. The bed was very comfortable and nice to sleep in (after getting away from the noisy doors). The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are all bilingual English/Spanish. Wi-Fi service was quite good, 30M download and very stable throughout the property. The breakfast is definitely subpar, and features only highly processed food, the kind of things that have ingredient lists 2 paragraphs long. No eggs (either hardboiled or scrambled), which are standard at Comfort breakfasts everywhere else. The coffee in the restaurant tastes like it’s been there since yesterday. (But the coffee in the lobby is fine, so just grab some from there.) Overall – the breakfast is nasty and we avoided it entirely after the first experience. The location is great but access is a bit tricky, since it’s located on the 1-way Arlington Blvd service road. But it’s not a big deal once you figure out how to enter and exit the parking lot. There are many restaurants and shopping options (Target, Safeway, Home Depot) very close by within walking distance.

La posizione era grande per dove dovevamo essere a Rockville, come era vicino all'autostrada, per poter arrivare dove dovevamo facilmente. Il treno a Washington era molto vicino. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. We love the location of the hotel and the close proximity to the shops and restaurants at Rio and Crown. Check in was done by a friendly agent at the Desk with a name tag that indicated his name was Juan. Juan was very warm and friendly welcoming us to the hotel. Although he didn’t recognize my status on Marriott Bonvoy (Titanium) he did ask if we wanted points or a food item from the sundry shop as our Bonvoy welcome gift. He could have enhanced the check in experience by utilizing our name and explaining the breakfast times. Signs were posted in the elevator and at the desk that listed the breakfast times and housekeeping procedures. Stay over housekeeping is on request and is a room tidy, make the bed, new towels, trash removal and amenity refill. Breakfast: I am not fond of the new breakfast offerings. Pre packaged waffles and sausage biscuits. I am on a keto diet and there are just two many carbs on this breakfast to start the day. Packaged cereal, instant oatmeal that you add hot water, cold cheddar biscuits. Yogurt was available in the refrigerator. Everything was high in carbs. Neither scrambled or hard cooked eggs were available. I missed them. I noted many other guests inquiring about where were the eggs. All of the attendants on the buffet were both friendly and hard working and kept the buffet stocked and the tables cleaned. Special kudos to Dolores who was very hospitable on Monday morning, management should commend her for her hard work and big smiles. Well, to my surprise on Monday and Tuesday they had the hard cooked eggs available and instead of the waffles and they offered egg white frittatas. I heard many negative comments on the breakfast with guests looking for English muffins, toast or bagels. Housekeeping: Our room was spotless clean and I noted that pads and pens have been added to the guest room. The bath amenity was the bulk dispensers on the wall and one small bar of soap at the sink. Shower was a tub shower and the water pressure and temperature perfect however the sink faucet had a very low water pressure and the stopper did not hold water for the morning shave. I appreciate that they are doing room tidy although on the second day the room attendant forgot to refill the coffee supplies. The Front Desk attendant at night Alison was very friendly and hospitable. She engaged everyone as they came in from the entrance warm smile. She did well to find a commonality to build a rapport for conversation. She is a natural with hospitality and should be commended for her excellent service. Another nice stay and we look forward to returning to this hotel on our next visit to Gaithersburg.

L'esterno non è ispirante. La costruzione sta andando avanti e si sta bloccando tra un negozio di auto e altre imprese non alberghiere. Ero preoccupato quando mi sono spostato. Ma all'interno, è il suo piccolo mondo. E' estremamente pulito. Il colazione era davvero soddisfacente e il personale era amichevole. La stanza era grande. L'unica cosa che vorrei vedere è, come sostituiscono i loro mini frigoriferi, che usano quelli con un congelatore separato. Abbiamo avuto alcuni congelati che volevamo rimanere congelati, e il muro posteriore del mini frigo non era stato affidato al compito, abbiamo dormito bene e era convenientemente situato dove dovevamo essere, così come il prezzo era molto equo.

In generale, l'hotel è principalmente buono; buon valore per i vostri soldi, convenientemente situato vicino al Rockville Center e I270; la decorazione della camera ha bisogno di un ascensore facciale e di opzioni di illuminazione molto migliori.

Il servizio era buono. Le persone erano buone maniere avevano un buon tempo si consigliano di andare laggiù.

Bella posizione pulita con personale amichevole. Buona colazione con molte opzioni. Buona posizione centrale. Sicuramente rimarrà lì.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Silver Springs, a Colesville Rd nel marzo 2023. La seconda notte, ho chiamato due volte, dopo che non riuscivo a dormire, perché il gruppo vicino alla porta continuava a baciare sulla mia porta, a urlare sul pavimento e a festeggiare. Entrambi i tempi mi sono detto che anche se l'hotel ha una politica indicata su tutti i piani che l'hotel era tranquillo come mandato da 11pm-7am, non c'era nulla che potessero fare. Non sono nemmeno un sonno molto leggero. Questo mi ha fatto non riuscire a dormire tutta la notte, mi ha rovinato il soggiorno, e non è accettabile gestire un hotel dove la gestione nega agli ospiti il diritto fondamentale di dormire in hotel perché non possono gestire altri ospiti. Quando sono andato a piedi al mattino per seguire, la persona al divano frontale mi sembrava confusa e mi ha detto che la risposta standard è quella di inviare sicurezza per gestire il gruppo, non è mai stato offerto, né quello che ha fatto la persona al divano frontale. Ritengo che tutto ciò sia inaccettabile, mi sono fermato per una conferenza e non sono riuscito a fare il lavoro che avrei dovuto ragionevolmente attendere perché ero esaurito dal viaggio e non riuscivo a riposare. Credo che la funzione molto fondamentale di un hotel e la ragione per cui la gente si ferma in hotel sia che si aspetta di poter dormire nella stanza che è stata loro assegnata. Se non puoi fornire, allora non so perché offrire le persone camere a un prezzo.
