Beautiful setting and a good a**osphere in hotel. Not the most luxurious (given 4 stars) or pristine (given price) but a relaxing place to be with nice staff.

This is my second visit to this hotel. The last one was over 5 years ago. The hotel is in a spectacular spot, staff are amazing, golf is sublime and I love the spa. Unfortunately, there is a real downside and that is the evening restaurant food. Once again , as 5 years ago, it is actually terrible. We had to eat 3 nights as local restaurants are not local. The whole menu was dreadful we were not even sure at times what we were eating , so we resorted on the last night to omelette and chips. They should stick to the food they offer at lunch outside simple but acceptable. We would go here much more often if the food improved.

A resort with lots of potential, lies in the middle of the catalan pyrenees - the southernmost golf course in France, very close to the Spanish border. We stayed there with friends for a weekend in September 2021. From the A9 north-south autoroute south of Perpignan, it takes about 1hr to get the resort. The golf course deserves five stars - with a very challenging layout, well maintained greens, fairways and first cut rough. Driving range and amenities (golf) were also very good. The room we had was on the first floor with a very nice view overlooking the driving range and golf course. The room and bathroom, however appeared somewhat tired, needing some maintenance, as some lights did not work; also, and surprisingly we had no water the first night (this was, I think, for the entire hotel). The hotel did not offer compensation for this notable inconvenience. Reason for the three stars is that I had the feeling that the drinks and meals were not of the quality that such an establishment should have. Over-priced and at best, three stars in terms of quality and taste (both drinks and meals). Service level was food, as the staff was attentive and professional. The setting is extremely nice surrounded by wooded hils, with four different hiking paths surrounding the resort and golf course. Overall, we had a good time during the weekend; disappointed a bit with the pricing. Special package offers make this resort a better value.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans un cadre merveilleux et une équipe au top. Le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant sont très pro et très accueillant. Le golf est magnifique, les chambres sont propres, lit confortable. Vue sur le golf. Spa au rendez vous (piscine, jacuzzi, haman, sauna). A faire absolument.

Juste parfait, l’hôtel et le spa sont réellement dans un autre monde ( calme et sérénité) le lieux et magique, le personnel a l’écoute, un vrai bon moment. Le restaurant est sympathique ( personnel au top) mais la cuisine n’a rien. ´Exceptionnelle, pas mauvais, pas exceptionnel, du congelé. Ça reste tout de même sympa, n’attendez pas l’excellence culinaire de votre vie, mais un bon moment … Merci 🙏🏻

Residimos en España y queríamos conocer el establecimiento para poder aconsejar a nuestros amigos, muchos apasionados del golf. Los equipamientos e instalaciones están muy bien cuidados. Nos ha encantado el SPA. Limpio y agradable, con una sala de Fitness impresionante súper equipada. Unos servicios de cuidados tanto estéticos como de cuidados de la piel de alta calidad utilizando muy buenos productos y buenos profesionales. Las habitaciones del hotel son muy agradables en invierno. No se nota nada de frío y teníamos hasta menos 2 grados fuera! por la noche Pero es cierto que no se entiende porque el hotel no ha equipado las habitaciones de aire acondicionado para el verano. Sabiendo que desgraciadamente las temperaturas estivales están en constante aumento. El desayuno muy correcto, pero viajando mucho, para un 4 estrellas, no está al altura. El restaurante del hotel es de nivel medio aunque los precios son muy razonables. Faltan solo pequeños detalles. El servicio, eso sí, es muy atento y servicial. Globalmente podremos recomendar positivamente este lugar a nuestros amigos.

Le cadre idyllique le personnel très attentionné nous avons été accueilli comme des princes toute demande honorée sans supplément excellent restaurant super petit déjeuner un séjour de tout repos vraiment un grand merci à tout le personnel sans oublier un super massage

Chambres agréable, literie parfaite, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Vue incroyable sur le golf. Accueil et service parfaits. Repas 1/2 pension où le chef est champion du prix assiette le plus bas. Une entrée avec un bâtonnet de pastèque et deux petites mousses de fêta, c’est pingre. Un rib de porc avec 2 petits morceaux, si vous enlevez le gras, il vous reste deux bouchées. Servis avec 3 petites grenailles réchauffées molles et une demi-tomate. Ça ne vaut pas le prix! Dommage, le cadre vaut mieux que ça. Les plats à la carte sont beaucoup mieux.

Notre Deuxième séjour à FALGOS et je dois dire pas top. 10 jours sur place . Accueil COURTOIS, brasserie restauration très bien. Chambre accueillante , mauvaise literie 9 nuits compliquées et je ne parle pas de la chaleur ( absence de climatisation ) la région n’est pas réputée fraîche…… vu le tarif jour je pense que la prestation pourrait être meilleure. Côté golf nous connaissions le lieu. Parcours physique et technique . Avec la chaleur parcours désagréable le départ vert ,le green vert mais entre les deux catastrophe. Les fairways jaune paille les balles semblaient tomber sur une route tellement le sol était dur . Bien sur les jardiniers n’y peuvent rien , restrictions d’eau oblige, mais lorsque la direction constate que des clients réservent dix jours pour jouer au golf je pense qu’un petit mail informant sur l’état du parcours aurait été e bienvenu . Je m’étais de plus inquiété du sujet en juillet et l’on m’avait signalé que tout allé bien !!!!!!!! Je ne parle même pas du prix de la voiturette 49 euros par jour du jamais vu ,nulle part ailleurs . Pour conclure , je pense que pour l’ensemble de l’oeuvre un geste commercial aurait été la moindre des choses .. Dommage car le site est splendid
