I recently stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong in their Deluxe Double Room for one night. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows. Pros: • The Android TV was a great feature, allowing easy access to streaming apps. • The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. • The buffet breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to start the day. Cons: • The hotel is located right next to a train rail, so the noise from passing trains was quite frequent and disruptive. • The toilet floor design was problematic. Water didn’t drain properly, resulting in small puddles that made the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable. While the room and amenities were good, the noise and bathroom issues were disappointing. It’s worth considering if you don’t mind train noise and can overlook the bathroom flaw.

The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view.

Good location and relatively quite place. .but train noise might wake you up . Breakfast is not bad..staffs are quite friendly..good price compare to 4 stars hotel

Kamar oke, akses oke, parkir oke.. tapi kamar mandi nya showernya kecil.. staff sm pelayanan bagus.. tv nya gede banget serasa di bioskop sambil tiduran..

ambiance in room hotel are excellent,bathroom clean. the hotel not far from enter tol,pasar modern bsd,teras kota bsd and many coffee shop. service at resto are really good from kakak dame and friend's. dudeeee.. you must try to stay here.

The room is quite spacious, there is a long and wide table, which is good for doing assignments and task. The mattress and pillows are very soft and comfortable. However, the bathroom is still relatively small compared to the spacious bedroom.
