We stayed at this resort for 3 nights in December 24. We had a fantastic stay! The staff were brilliant and go out of their way for you. Restaurant food and drinks menu was fantastic and the whole resort was well cared for. As it was my birthday during our stay they decorated our room as a surprise which was a lovely touch! We would definitely come back!

We stayed here in 2019 and enjoyed our stay back then, so decided to book again. Unfortunately after this stay we will not be coming back. First off, our room had the most cumbersome door lock, which required you to slide a wooden bar through the handle and padlock it. A pain when your hands are full. Second the front desk person told us to call if we needed anything, but there was no phone in our room nor a phone list with numbers or contact info. Third nowhere to put luggage but on the floor, even though there is a huge dead space along a wall where a luggage stand could’ve easily been placed. The area where to hang clothes, the bench area was too narrow to fit a suitcase. Fourth , no lamp at the bedside, so you have to get out of bed to turn off the lights after reading. Plus the main light is on while others are trying to sleep. Lastly we asked 2 different front desk people to call the RDC to reserve a spot for us for the night walk. Both parties said they would. We when we got to the RDC our names were not on the list. Luckily they let us join as my daughter was really looking forward to it and it was our only night to go. I won’t stay here again. We checked into the Sepilok Nature Lodge after, and for a little bit more we had the most fabulous room, with an upstairs and 3 beds, double sinks, large fridge, bench at the end of each bed for suitcases etc.

The right place if u are looking for holiday with privacy and enjoy the nature. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Прекрасный отель. В жизни уютнее, чем на фото. Небольшой, но очень милый завтрак, хороший ресторан и территория.

Красивая ухоженная территория, вкусный завтрак на выбор: традиционный или европейский. Душ есть под открытым небом. Пешком дошли до Rainforest и Орангутанов и Мишек.

В общем номере 4 кровати. Территория очень красивая. Завтрак хороший. Ужинала в ресторане, очень вкусно.

酒店環境很好，有泳池，可以在前台預訂去探索中心的短駁車。廁所裝修很原生態但很乾凈。退房才意外發現竟然還有個室外的淋浴房，唯一的缺點是晚上鞋子放外面，被某種野生動物留了...

獨立小木屋，對應價格來説，還是挺棒的，但是基本沒有國人,餐飲對於國人來説一般般。前面一點的jungle resort就有中餐，活動也比較多。

Gute Lage in der Natur. Auf den Bildern war ein Bild von einem größeren rechteckigen Pool, den es nicht gab. Das restauriert ist überteuert mit unterdurchschnittlichem Essen. Man kann Affen und Eichhörnchen sehen.

Отель отличный рядом с питомником орангутангов, радужных медведей и rainforest, территория отеля очень красивая, бассейн небольшой, жили в домике Который с одной стороны очень аутентичный с другой современный. Когда выезжали из отеля не смогли вызвать грэб такси, пришлось воспользоваться услугами ресепшина. Не рекомендую брать экскурсию на 3 дня 2 ночи в Сукау, увидеть только носочей и крокодилов и различных птиц, на одну ночь самое оптимальное. Лучше посвятите больше дней Сепилоку, там сможете увидеть всех птиц и животных

很美麗安靜的度假村。原生態。我們住的小屋門口屋檐下住着蝙蝠。員工友好有幫助。距離猿人保護所、太陽熊和RDC都不遠。餐廳不錯。如果下雨走到大路會經過積水的小路。

We visited and stayed 2 nights as part of of a trailfinders trip. It says it's 2 star and it is. The rooms are in need of a renovation, the wall linings were peeling off the wall. The bathroom is functional, the outdoor shower has a sieve providing a shower effect. Situated well next to the orangutan and sunbear sanctuary. Breakfast was a limited buffet style and drinks reasonably priced.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a private Sabah tour. Our chalet was comfortable, not fancy, but fine. Because of the rain, the walk to the restaurant was a bit slippery so care was needed , especially in the dark. The staff are all delightful, very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was nothing special, but dinner was very tasty. We had an amazing morning at the orang tan rehabilitation centre, luckily the rain had stopped, so the animals were out and about.

We only stayed for one night and got in mid afternoon after a very long days travel so the plunge pool and shoes off bar area were just what we needed along with a cold beer. The room was nicer than we expected, extremely clean and comfy but basic but you are in the jungle and it does claim to be anything other than this. The food at night was some of the best we had while touring Borneo, we were trying to find the fish with lime and chilli in many other places!
