Stay for 2D 1N with my mom as we need to pick up my dad at the airport. The receptionist is kind and the check in process is going smoothly. The room is okay for two people to stay , nothing to complain about. There is cafe kaca and kofi , the food is quite good. Overall recommended for you guys to stay overnight while waiting for your flight. It takes 20 minutes to go to the airport .

Controlliamo in questo hotel a 16/9/2022 per 1 notte per evento di matrimonio vicino. Era un check-in tardivo a causa della traccia di traffico da Johor. L'hotel sembra un'offerta dall'esterno. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa. Prima di entrare, chiediamo già alla reception di informare che abbiamo un conducente disabili che ha bisogno di un parcheggio vicino al lobby. Per le informazioni, il loro parcheggio è situato sull'edificio opposto, multi-storey che è inconveniente per noi. La ricezione ci dà l'approvazione di parcheggiare all'aperto, ma quando arrivamo all'hotel, la sicurezza non ci permetteva di parcheggiare, anche se gli abbiamo detto che abbiamo già ottenuto l'approvazione. Dobbiamo tornare alla ricezione, mostrare loro la prova, poi la sicurezza ci lascia parcheggiare, ma dal movimento di sicurezza e dal modo in cui ci guarda come se facessimo un crimine. Il giorno pioveva, ma era deluso, perché nessuno dell'hotel ci aiutava con i bagagli e le cose. Il desk front è stato così utile e cerca di avvicinare tutte le camere agli stessi blocchi La sala deluxe è grande e la sala superiore è perfetta! Il pranzo pic signor Ameerul è molto responsabile e utile! Ci siamo divertiti molto e una cena fantastica. Ci siamo divertiti tanto nella banda in vita. In generale è un posto perfetto per rimanere! Non male.La camera dell'hotel ha microonde, strutture cucina, spazio per soggiorni. Molto spazio per noi.Powerpoint è stato correttamente etichettato. Ambiente pulito. Un punto cattivo era il fan, era molto rumoroso.

Really enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that. They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational. I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food! I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday). The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome! The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao. The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining. They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm. Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!
