Room is clean and we are given a room not facing the road so its good. Have a quiet night before our flight. Near to klia. Recommended for a short stay before flying. Definitely will come back again.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the poor condition of the room. Despite requesting and being willing to pay extra for a larger space, I was greeted with several issues upon arrival.First, there were poorly plastered areas on the ceiling, one above the air conditioner and another right above the bed. The worst issue, however, was the toilet bowl, which had stains and grime buildup at the bottom. Additionally, there was a large gap in one of the ”airplane” windows, offering an undesirable view behind the wall. The wallpaper was badly degraded and in dire need of replacement, and the door laminates were peeling off at the bottom.Overall, these conditions left a very negative impression of the hotel. While the location is convenient, the state of the room was unacceptable. Seeing is believing.

Stay for 2D 1N with my mom as we need to pick up my dad at the airport. The receptionist is kind and the check in process is going smoothly. The room is okay for two people to stay , nothing to complain about. There is cafe kaca and kofi , the food is quite good. Overall recommended for you guys to stay overnight while waiting for your flight. It takes 20 minutes to go to the airport .

Non male.La camera dell'hotel ha microonde, strutture cucina, spazio per soggiorni. Molto spazio per noi.Powerpoint è stato correttamente etichettato. Ambiente pulito. Un punto cattivo era il fan, era molto rumoroso.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel, and just back to sydney last night . it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is pristine, very new, and offers huge pools that are never crowded. I particularly loved the awesome poolside gym and lounge. The breakfast hall is enormous and serves a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and come equipped with thoughtful amenities like nail files and shaving blades. During my stay, the pool was so serene that I often found myself as the only person there. The spa was incredible, spacious, and professionally managed. Maria, the masseuse, was excellent, and after a 40-minute massage, all the pain from my 13-hour flight was gone. I fell in love with this hotel. As always, Ibis Hotel never disappoints! I will definitely visit this hotel again, even if it's just between flights, For a masaage and a body scrub and hair wash and blow out wheich they do xx Their generosity stood out when they offered me a free breakfast at 6:30 AM before I caught the complimentary shuttle to the airport. Yes, the shuttle service to and from the airport is free! Oh also i checked in at 11 a.m altho the check in time was at 3pm. My short trip to Malaysia was made even more memorable thanks to the Ibis Hotel. Highly recommended! Xx

Controlliamo in questo hotel a 16/9/2022 per 1 notte per evento di matrimonio vicino. Era un check-in tardivo a causa della traccia di traffico da Johor. L'hotel sembra un'offerta dall'esterno. Per le informazioni, il loro parcheggio è situato sull'edificio opposto, multi-storey che è inconveniente per noi. La ricezione ci dà l'approvazione di parcheggiare all'aperto, ma quando arrivamo all'hotel, la sicurezza non ci permetteva di parcheggiare, anche se gli abbiamo detto che abbiamo già ottenuto l'approvazione. Dobbiamo tornare alla ricezione, mostrare loro la prova, poi la sicurezza ci lascia parcheggiare, ma dal movimento di sicurezza e dal modo in cui ci guarda come se facessimo un crimine. Il giorno pioveva, ma era deluso, perché nessuno dell'hotel ci aiutava con i bagagli e le cose. Entra nella stanza, quando volevamo usare la toletta con urgenza, la tovagliola era tinita e non poteva sfogliare. Il tecnico ha chiamato il servizio in camera, ha preso circa 20-30mins per la riparazione. 4G Internet e WiFi sono stati molto lenti. Il personale mi ha organizzato la stanza 151. La stanza era accanto al parcheggio. Accanto alla stanza c'era un albero dove avevano nidificato centinaia di uccelli. Inoltre la stanza è accanto all'impianto di climatizzazione dell'edificio ed è molto rumorosa. In sintesi, quella notte non sono riuscito a dormire bene a causa dei forti rumori tutta la notte. Sia il suono degli uccelli che il suono dell'impianto di climatizzazione La camera aveva pochissimi servizi, solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua, 2 saponette, 1 tubetto di shampoo e 2 asciugamani. 1 telo da bagno, elettricità rotta, ventilatore rumoroso nella stanza Bisogna accendere il ventilatore perché il condizionatore non è molto fresco. Colazione ordinaria Chiunque salga al T1, si prepari a concedere almeno mezz'ora. Tra i terminal viaggiare non è così conveniente come pensi. I treni sono abbastanza lontani e costano 4 ringgit a persona. L'autobus è gratuito ma corre tranquillo, fermandosi ad aspettare le persone al parcheggio prima di entrare nel Terminal 1.

Really enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that. They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational. I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food! I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday). The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome! The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao. The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining. They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm. Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!
