As is common with many Korean residential areas, our apartment is located along some uphill road. Great price and location just minutes from the subway (escalator & elevator on opposite side of the road if you have suitcases). Convenient automated check in, large ramen station, well-maintained building. Standard room is very small and poorly designed while the bathroom is relatively huge. Storage and closets open in a direction that makes them difficult to access, the entrance light sensor is so sensitive that if you move a toe while sleeping the light is activated. Curtains are not blackout and there is street noise even on the 11th floor. Beds are comfortable enough. For some reason the top floor “agit” breakfast area is not open to guests as a lounge/ waiting area. Perhaps an overall case of you-get-what-you-pay-for, but I would expect more from a relatively modern building in Myeongdong. Doable for a night, but I’d be willing to pay more for improved convenience and comfort elsewhere, especially longer term.

Il soggiorno qui a Seoul è il nostro preferito finora. Comodo in quanto si collega direttamente alla metropolitana di Chungmuro. E' molto pulito e tranquillo. Il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Anche se la camera non è molto grande e il bagno è molto piccolo, ha tutti i comfort di cui abbiamo bisogno, inclusi cucina e lavanderia. C'è Starbucks, il cibo di strada coreano e il caffè al B1 sono buoni. C'è anche una farmacia al livello 2! Il villaggio di Namsangol Hanok è proprio dall'altra parte della strada. È un hotel imperdibile? Sarebbe bello se il bagno avesse ganci e uno specchio cosmetico per il trucco nell'area salotto. Altrimenti perfetto 😍

La posizione è molto bella, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Zhongwu Road, a tre minuti a piedi dall'autobus per l'aeroporto, e c'è un minimarket appena fuori dalla porta quando giri a sinistra! Gli zii e le zie alla reception sono gentili e dispongono di un semplice inglese e di un software di traduzione, quindi la comunicazione non è affatto un problema✌. Ho prenotato una camera loft a due piani. Lo spazio è molto più grande di quanto mi aspettassi. È la scelta migliore per viaggiare da solo e con gli amici. Sceglierò di soggiornare nuovamente qui se ne avrò l'opportunità. ☺️

È una passeggiata dalla stazione Shinsa verso l'area dei ristoranti, quindi non ci sono molte persone che passano. Trattandosi di un vecchio hotel, mostra segni di deterioramento e non può essere definito pulito. Comunque a me è bastato perché serviva solo per dormire e il prezzo era economico. C'è anche un minimarket nelle vicinanze. Vengono forniti servizi come spazzolini da denti, shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma e sapone. C'era anche l'accappatoio. Ciò che mi dava fastidio era il rumore degli spari provenienti dalle auto nel parcheggio accanto molte volte durante la notte, ed era il peggiore.
Riceveranno anche i tuoi bagagli.
Il pavimento era caldo grazie all'ondol.

Un po' deluso per il promesso miglioramento. Quando si mostra la stanza che hanno migliorato era più piccola della stanza normale. Una piccola parte dei miei amici rimase nello stesso hotel come abbiamo pianificato il nostro viaggio insieme. Notando che la nostra stanza all'angolo era più piccola e dopo aver letto le recensioni del passaggio.. è successo prima. “aggiornarono” il piano, ma in basso la stanza.
La foto che vedete è la camera che ho soggiornato per 1 notte (diversa dalle foto del sito web) prima di passare ad un'altra stanza.
Ho prenotato anche il letto di dimensioni re ma era meno di 1.7m in larghezza. Quali sono i standard del letto di dimensioni re per un marchio internazionale di hotel come IHG. Sapevo che avrei soggiornato nel mio hotel normale come il Mondrian. I servizi erano di base.. servizio ok. Ma la dimensione della mia prima notte era così piccola che non potevo aprire la borsa correttamente senza bloccare la strada da camminare.
Mi ha rovinato l'esperienza, dovevo muovermi e andare fuori dalla mia stanza.
Solo più punto è che è un nuovo hotel e super comodo - proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria e alla fermata degli autobus aeroportuali.
Tornero'... non se non promettono di non ingannare le persone.

La posizione è a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del Dongdaemun History Park. È comodo perché puoi utilizzare le linee 2, 4 e 5. Anche se fai acquisti a tarda notte a Dongdaemun, puoi tornare a casa a piedi. Gli ascensori e gli ingressi delle camere sono abilitati al passcode, quindi non è necessario portare con sé una chiave magnetica, il che è conveniente.
Il bagno e i servizi igienici sono gli stessi, ma sono spaziosi e puliti, quindi non credo che sarà un problema. Vengono forniti anche shampoo e sapone per il corpo, quindi se non sei schizzinoso non avrai problemi.
La colazione a buffet ha pochi prodotti.
Penso che questo sia un hotel dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo principalmente per lo shopping.

C'è un passaggio dalla stazione di Yongsan e se cammini per circa 3 minuti verso l'uscita 3 arriverai all'hotel. È collegato al Novotel Ambassador e dopo il Novotel c'è l'Ibis.
La stanza è spaziosa e puoi stendere la valigia. La struttura della stanza era insolita e sono rimasto sorpreso nel momento in cui sono entrato ♪ Il letto grande e la grande TV sono i migliori! Non ci sono spazzolini da denti, quindi devi portare i tuoi articoli da toeletta, ma puoi donarli alla reception (l'importo non è noto). La doccia e il WC erano puliti. È fatto di vetro, quindi puoi vedere un po' attraverso...
La camera era al 27° piano, quindi la vista era buona e la vista notturna era bellissima!
Il locale per la colazione si trova al 31° piano, quindi potrete godervi il buffet con una vista fantastica. Il cibo era davvero delizioso! Frutta e verdura fresca erano buone.

L'Hotel PJ è la mia scelta ogni volta che visito Seul grazie alla sua posizione (<10 minuti a piedi da diverse linee) e ai prezzi competitivi. È pulito, dispone di camere abbastanza spaziose per contenere solitamente più di 2 bagagli e servizi sufficienti come palestra, lavanderia a gettoni (incluso un asse da stiro comune) e un servizio clienti disponibile. Anche se il bus navetta non funziona più fino a tardi, apprezzo comunque il fatto di portarlo nei luoghi vicini durante il giorno. Ci sono anche molti minimarket nelle vicinanze, il che rende il luogo ancora più ideale. Spero di tornare presto!

Amore questo posto molto. E 'vicina a molti ristoranti locali e la metropolitana. E 'anche situato vicino a myeongdong e facile da muoversi. Le principali questioni veniva qui durante l'inverno e abbiamo preso l'autobus aeroportuale limusina. Era una distanza per noi da camminare e non eravamo pronti. Era freddo così, sii pronti se vuoi prendere l'autobus dall'aeroporto all'hotel durante l'inverno. Amore il panino vicino all'hotel. Vedi foto.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Seoul, Myeongdong, from November 5th to November 9th, and it was an excellent experience. We booked two double rooms and one king room for our group, and I’m happy to share our thoughts on the stay.

The location of Le Méridien is one of its best features. Situated in the heart of Myeongdong, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood full of shopping, restaurants, and street food vendors. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul, whether you’re shopping in Myeongdong, visiting nearby attractions like Namsan Seoul Tower, or using the subway to access other parts of the city. The area feels lively yet is still a comfortable place to relax in the evenings.
### Rooms: 5/5
We were all very impressed with the rooms. The double rooms were spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of room to move around even with luggage. The king room was especially luxurious, with a large, comfortable bed and a modern, elegant design. All rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, including high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar.

A nice touch was the free drinks offered to Marriott members. It was a great perk after a long day of sightseeing—perfect for relaxing in the hotel’s chic lounge area. Whether it was a cocktail or a refreshing juice, this little extra made our stay feel even more special.

The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out seamless. They were also attentive when we had inquiries or needed assistance with directions or transportation. Service overall was efficient, with staff always available to help with any requests.

Le Méridien has a variety of amenities, including a fitness center and an elegant dining area. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel, but it was reassuring to know that there were several high-end options available for meals or relaxation in the evenings. The hotel’s interior is modern and stylish, with a very welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay at Le Méridien Seoul, Myeongdong, was fantastic. The hotel’s location in the bustling Myeongdong area made it perfect for exploring, while the spacious, clean rooms and thoughtful perks like the free drinks for Marriott members added extra value. The service was friendly and professional, and we felt well taken care of during our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul and would absolutely stay here again. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very new and clean, located near the the metro train station, especially the airport line, which is so convenient to commute between the airport.
The buffet breakfast is included, which should have nothing to complain, although the variety is limited and would be nice to see some Korean style breakfast.
Would consider this hotel for our next trip back to Korea.

소소근소근Il motivo per cui ho soggiornato qui è camminare fino a Insa-dong, al Palazzo Gyeongbokgung e al villaggio di Bukchon Hanok.
Gli eventi natalizi di Shinsegae sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Ho soggiornato lì e la stanza era davvero piccola solo per dormire.
Era ordinato, pulito e confortevole.
Mi è piaciuto perché il paesaggio era molto carino e c'erano molti ristoranti nell'edificio stesso.
È stato bello che ci fossero molti posti dove mangiare anche senza fare colazione.
Era bello passeggiare e vedere le cose, ero ancora più soddisfatto perché c'erano molti posti da vedere.
Anche il personale è stato gentile. Ho pagato 30000 per il parcheggio.
Comunque lo consiglio ahah

JJennieThe room is clean and spacious. The location is superb where all the shops are just downstairs and opposite hotel is the Michelin guide noodles shop. There is also a coin laundry area where we wash our clothes during our stay. Despite car can’t drive in as it’s located in Myeongdong shopping street, it’s just a 5 mins walk away from the main street. We will definitely stay in this hotel when go Seoul again.

HheatherThe hotel has a great location, close to Yeouido subway station and Hyundai Department Store. Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very polite. Due to not having a local credit card and accout issue, we couldn't use the app to book a taxi, but the staff promptly helped us with this. The view from the hotel window is excellent, with a clear sight of the Han River. The hotel uses Le Labo 31 amentities. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. Some areas has quite a bit of dust buildup, and the housekeeping staff placed our personal toothbrush directly on the counter, which made us uncomfortable as the toothbrush directly touched the surface.If we visit Seoul again in the future, I will still consider choosing Fairmont.

Una stanza molto piccola ti dà un po' di vibrazioni giapponesi. Ciò è supportato anche dal bagno. C'era una presa USB rotta, anche se non ha creato alcun problema.
Se sei una persona che ha bisogno di un pernottamento a Seoul, il Manu Hotel è una buona scelta. Ci sono molti negozi e bar nelle vicinanze. Vicino al mercato di Namdaemun e alla strada. Il ristorante o bar Seoulista (meglio chiamarlo bar) è ok per una cena tardiva se non vuoi cercare altro.
Alcuni recensori hanno scritto di senzatetto sulla strada dalla stazione di Seoul (proprio di fronte in realtà) all'hotel. Anche se non ho trovato il pass ”pulito” per la passerella (dalla stazione) e ho dovuto incontrarli, non vedo alcun problema: c'è una stazione di polizia proprio lì. Ho avuto un piccolo problema a trovare un modo per salire in cima alla passerella perché l'ascensore è un po' nascosto (ma bisogna essere completamente ***** per non trovarlo).

Fantastic location - centrally located, can get anywhere in 10-30 mins. Bus stop right in-front of the hotel and Sinsa station 5 mins away. There’s a 7-11 next to the hotel. There’s food places around the Garousu-Gil shopping area - lots of the locals hang out there. There’s a cafe (lobby) and rooftop bar in the hotel. 10 mins walk to the Airport bus stop - super convenient to take the bus to/from the airport.
Rooms are clean and minimalist. Just take note that amenities are limited as this is an eco friendly hotel. If you are travelling with someone bring or buy additional soap/shampoo as its bar soap/shampoo/conditioner (1 bar each). If you don’t want your room cleaned daily - hotel does leave a bag of clean towels and water top up at your door. Floor space it’s good to open 3 large suitcases flat. There are slots under the bed to keep 2 suitcases just like their photos show.
Only thing lacking is hanging space - towel and clothes.
Loved the free Dear Klairs skincare samples. Store was located down the street from the hotel, picked up a few things because of the samples.
You can keep your luggage in the lobby so you don’t need to pay extra for a locker.

Non c'era l'ascensore, quindi ho dovuto portare il mio trasportino su per le scale fino al terzo piano, il che è stato difficile.

MMary KathrynWe were able to locate the guest house easily using Naver Map. However, our first struggle was how to reach the destination itself.
The guesthouse is located in an uphill area, almost near Namsan Cable Car (600km/20min walk). A great tip we discovered (after struggling of walking uphill for 2 days 😂) was using the escalators/elevators near the Ihoeyeong Memorial Hall. Go straight from there and you’ll find a 7-Eleven convenience store upon crossing the street. Go left then right at the first wide alley way you see, it should be uphill. Keep on walking until you see a signage of mama guest house on your right side.
We booked a day before our arrival so we could immediately check-in in our rooms. A note welcomed us and our keys were found at the reception area. Pls don’t forget to remove your shoes and change into the slippers they provide found in the shoe cabinet at the left side of the entrance.
Our rooms were next to each other, but differ in size. Bathroom was okay, but I hope they’ll fix the sink’s pipe problem in room 104 since it leaks on the floor upon using. I suggest buying shower filters (5,000 Won) since the water in SK is quite harsh. I suggest to test how you’ll adjust the temperature when showering. There were no bidets in our bathrooms.
Always bring your keycard with you whenever you go out. They don’t go into your rooms like hotels would. If you have any requests, just leave a note on their desk (ie. New towels, tissue, etc.) They also don’t have laundry machines. Do not eat inside the rooms, only in the kitchen which is in the basement.
If you feel like your trash bins are getting full, trash bins are found in the lobby and segregate everything according to their waste category. Just think of it as you’re staying on your own room.
Walls are thin, made of light wood materials so I wouldn’t suggest talking nor listening to your phone loudly.
Breakfast menu were cereals with milk, bread and flavored jam, and instant noodles. You can only consume what’s inside the fridge unless there’s a note that a room guest owns it. You can cook and buy your own food, just make sure you clean up after. You can also fill-up your water bottles here.
Going to different areas are easy too since it’s near Myeongdong Station exit 1. If you’re planning to go shopping in Myeongdong, just go straight after exit 1 and you should see E-Mart across the street then cross on the first crosswalk you see. If you want to enter the “main” street, go left until you see the bug HBAF building.
Overall, I think our stay was a good since the staff we get see was very accommodating to our requests. I just hope they’ll fix some of their bathroom leakage.
