Il servizio di personale è fantastico. Nel retro dell'hotel è che, è leggermente diverso da altri luoghi, Andaz. Le loro camere non sono così lussuose e ci sorprende che i pantaloncini in camera sono molto normali, non ha nemmeno la parola Andaz.

Great 4 star hotel in terms of service, environment and cleanliness. Near Garosugil which is quite the happening area in terms of food and shopping. Room was not bad with a Chromecast enabled tv and mini fridge was stocked everyday and had decent selection of soft drink, canned juice, beers and water. Could also wash our clothes using DIY laundromats at a rather affordable price. Complaints would be the housekeeping as the bedsheets weren’t changed when requested and the floor wasn’t cleaned when we had crumbs on the floor and that the toilet had no shower curtain installed so having a regular shower often makes the toilet floor wet. One side of the bed also did not have any outlet.

Mi sento molto deluso all'inizio, quando siamo arrivati al desk front dell'hotel circa 14:40, un ricevitore maschile senza controllare il nostro nome o il sistema che mi dice che sono completamente prenotati, e il check-in inizia a 15: Quando un coppia coreano è arrivato, si sono accolti con successo, quindi sono andato da lui, egli ha detto perché sono membri, e l'atteggiamento non era buono. Quindi, ho detto che sono un hoteliere, quindi so come sarebbe stato il sistema e la procedura, chiedendogli senza controllare l'opera o il loro sistema e il tipo di camera prenotato, sa già che non c'è nessuna stanza? e tra 10 minuti sarà disponibile una stanza? E perché non può registrarsi prima? La sua atteggiamento dimostra che è stato ******! Questa prima impressione è stata molto cattiva! Chiamate per rendere buone le cose da trasmettere e pulire, ma la prima impressione è molto cattiva!Quindi non posso fermarmi o provare a fermarmi in questo hotel.

The hotel is modern, super clean, well-run, and quiet. The rooms have stylish decor with many modern touches and amenities. It was nice to have a window that actually opened and my ”garden” view was lovely. I had a tranquil time with no odd interruptions from housekeeping, etc. The signage and guides for things like TV and neighborhood were cleverly done. While I appreciated the room safe, I felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. There is greeter/staff person on the ground floor level, acknowledging every guest. I never say this post being ”ghosted” in my 4 nights there. I didn't eat at the restaurant, but it looked like a nice option, if you will eat a buffet! The subway was close by, as well as a small grocery, ”Everyday Mart” which I was actually able to find on Google Maps. There is no pool here. I don't think this is a ”supreme” fun hotel for kids, as there is nothing special for them, but it was still good and relaxing. ( no kids with me on this trip). There are coffee shops and Olive Young, 7-11 in the basement. Very convenient. One thing to note- if you are doing medical procedures in Seoul, you have to leave your ice packs at the front desk ( and go down and get them). Staff is very responsive, discreet, and quick to help you with the packs, regardless. That is a pretty big inconvenience, which is why I stayed elsewhere, but moved to this hotel shortly after I stopped needed an icepak all the time. The hotel will glady microwave your food, if needed. Would be nice to just have a communal microwave somewhere!

Per il vostro prezzo, una scelta eccellente in termini di posizione (5-7 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni della metropolitana più vicine, 20 minuti a piedi da Myeongdong, 10 minuti dal DDP) + acqua gratuita in bottiglie da 0,5, angolo cottura comune, prodotti per la pulizia su richiesta . Ci sono molti bar, minimarket, lavanderie e una fermata dell'autobus nelle vicinanze.

Location is decent with many convenience marts nearby and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. There's no make-up room available unless you pay for it. They do however replenish your room supplies when you ask. A bit pricey for the room size, but overall still a comfortable stay.

위치 : 우선 충무로역 바~로 앞에 위치해서 접근성 아주 좋았어요! 역에서 내리자마자 그냥 바로 있어서 찾기 쉬웠구요, 지하철로 이동도 편했습니다. 또 근처에 먹을 것도 많아서 저녁엔 배달 시켜먹었구, 밤엔 친구랑 나가서 최애 술집에서 놀았숨니당🍻 방 내부, 청결 : 우선 방은 3인용 방에서 숙박했는데 생각보다 넓어서 셋이서 자기에 충분했고, 굉장히 깔끔쓰하고 청결했습미다. 테이블도 있어서 음식 먹기 편했고, 노트북 가져와서 일 보기도 괜찮았어요! 화장실 깔끔하고 넷플릭스도 됩니다 (자기 아이디 이용해야함) 세탁기랑 인덕션, 싱크대 있어서 요리나 세탁도 가능할 거 같아요! (전 써보진 않았지만,,) 화장실도 생긴지 얼마 안돼서 그런가 그냥 새거였고 깔끔했어요. 세면대가 바깥쪽에 나와있는게 좀 특이?했지만 불편하진 않았습니다 홍대나 신촌 이런 곳처럼 왁자지껄 시끄러운 번화가가 아니라 밤에 조용해서 좋았구요, 접근성과 위치가 좋아서 대중교통 이용 편리했고 주변에 먹을 곳이나 카페 많아서 좋았어요! 전 친구들끼리 숙박했지만, 장거리 출장이나 업무 목적으로 숙박하실 곳 찾으신다면 적합할 거 같아요..!

La camera è completamente attrezzata, anche se non è molto grande, è pulita e sufficiente. È più che sufficiente per viaggiare in due. L'hotel ha un piano alto e la vista è molto bella e si può vedere l'intera città . L'hotel ha trasporti molto convenienti ed è a pochi passi da Dongdaemun, che è aperto tutta la notte. Puoi fare shopping di notte, puoi andare in vari posti in 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana la prossima volta che verrò a Seul.
