Ci scusiamo sinceramente per gli inconvenienti riscontrati durante il suo soggiorno, in particolare per quanto riguarda il copripiumino macchiato e la mancata comunicazione riguardo agli orari di apertura della piscina e della jacuzzi. Ci dispiace inoltre che la biancheria da letto sostitutiva non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative e che il nostro team non abbia presentato le sue scuse sincere in quel momento. Al Grand Mercure, ci impegniamo a offrire un servizio di qualità superiore a ogni ospite e il suo feedback è prezioso per aiutarci a migliorare. La assicuriamo che stiamo adottando le misure necessarie per risolvere questi problemi. La pulizia è una delle nostre massime priorità e abbiamo condiviso i suoi commenti con il nostro team addetto alle pulizie per garantire che tali sviste non si ripetano. Per quanto riguarda la piscina, comprendiamo quanto sia stato deludente ricevere la richiesta di lasciare la struttura prima del previsto. Vorremmo chiarire che, sebbene la piscina chiuda ufficialmente alle 22:00, l'ultimo ingresso e utilizzo della jacuzzi è consentito fino alle 21:45. Purtroppo, si è verificato un problema di comunicazione durante la vostra visita e stiamo rivedendo la segnaletica e le comunicazioni con il personale per garantire che ciò venga comunicato chiaramente a tutti i nostri ospiti in futuro.
