Dusty room and bad smell, staffs is friendly and helpful. Just next to Ski resort

The room is very specious and staff very friendly.

This is my second time to live here. Staff are nice and helpful. Hot spring is excellent. Hotel room is spacious and clean. It was a pity that the hotel restaurant was temporary closed during the period of our stay. I would highly recommend my friend. Hope the hotel restaurant would ve re-open soon.

The staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

We took a penhouse which is very luxury and spacious. Very good price in Niseko. But a little far away from the busy area but not very bad with car. Had little mis-communication on ski gear rental which is a little defect but not influence my impression. Staff speak fluent English and very helpful.

Hotel is value for money. Location is not the most ideal although there is a shuttle bus service. Better to stock up food as the restaurants are not always open due to lack of manpower. There are some food stuffs to buy over the counter. Overall it was good.

GOOD LOCATION

The location quite far from the city center buy nearby from Annupuri Ski Resort, during our stay all of their restaurants are closing, quite hard to find a food luckily several restaurants nearby can pickup for free based on receptionist recommendations but limited option. The room can quite smelly from kitchen maybe from previous tenant cook something that still left the smell. The room it self quite big with tatami style but very old interior but the view is nice. Several staff are really friendly and can speak english. The onsen was great, there are outdoor and indoor.

This hotel was not the best if you are looking for service. I must say they are most towards relax long as compare to other hotel. The location was inaccessible had to go to if you don't drive.

Soooooo love this hotel. They are very accommodating. Staffs are very nice. Although they do not speak english very well but they did their best to accommodate us and I will grade these guys perfect 10 for hospitality! The hotel is not very close to the town proper but dont fret as their shuttle services are always available for you. I want to go back to this hotel on the next winter! Thanks One Niseko!

One of favorite hotel that I must stay when I come to Niseko! Clean, Spacious and best service! I love and enjoyed my stay in this hotel, prefect!! Thank you!
