L'ambiente dell'hotel, i servizi igienico-sanitari, il servizio e il cibo sono tutti molto buoni. Ovviamente non c'è niente da dire sulla posizione. Purtroppo l'area circostante è in costruzione. È davvero rumoroso, rumoroso come chiudere le finestre! In realtà è iniziato alle 7 del mattino e le corse motociclistiche sono continuate alle 12 di sera, c'è qualche errore! Assumi il team delle infrastrutture cinesi per andarci, è davvero troppo lento, finisci presto la costruzione e goditi un sonno tranquillo presto😂

The hotel is right off Samsung subway station exit #7. It is right across from Starfield Coex Mall. The room was bit small, but super clean. They also have very friendly staffs. We will definitely go back to the hotel for the next visit!

The air conditioning could not get below 78.8 degrees in the room and we put the thermostat all the way down to 64 degrees. The one photo is in Celsius and it was the last day. That was the lowest it cooks get which is 82 degrees F. Then in the bathroom there’s nasty disgusting mold. When I asked for a late check out they told me they will charge me $10 per hour past the normal check out time. Would I stay here again? Oh hell no! We stayed here for two nights and that was the treatment we received.

Good hotel - convenience location but it is not connect to the subway station The room is clean but with limited facilities There is no International Socket in room so please prepare the international adapter when you travel No swimming pool but the gym is good size

Apparently the location was superb and the view from room was kinda nice. The room was not as hygiene as expected though - dirts were spotted.

nice to stay :) and i am recommend this hotel if you want to stay between starfield and lotte world. it has nice view of the Gangnam.

Stayed for family activities. Right in front of Coex and line 2 metro station, so location is very convenient. Service was not bad but just so so

The hotel is close to the Subway exit and also COEX. It's a standard 4-star business hotel

Definitely feels like a 4 star hotel. Lobby was quite shabby as the check-in counter is on the top floor, which is much more pleasant looking along with its rooftop bar. Biggest complaint is their lift. There are three in total, but for some reason, it’s SOOO slow. An average of 5 mins wait for it to arrive. The room is just what you would expect from a normal 4 star hotel. Not much design, not too big, just normal looking. Can definitely improve on its cleanliness as we noticed that they did not clean our toilet thoroughly. Room/ toilet is not huge, but I’m glad the size of the shower room is of a comfortable size. There’s a subway station right outside the hotel, but I didn’t take it this time. It’s pretty far from everywhere we go, so we had to take taxis to go to all the popular spots. The only place of walkable distance is the coex mall, everywhere else is quite far as Gangnam is quite big. Overall, yes -quite cheap for a 3 person stay, but no good reason for me to come back. Can definitely find nicer hotels / with better location.

Good location situated directly across from Coex mall. There was however a construction of the main road going on, therefore making access/pick up to this hotel a little inconvenient. Carpark might be shared with the wedding hall beside too and tends to get full resulting in the usage of the mechanical parking. As mentioned, a little inconvenient but nothing that would bring down the score of our stay. Gym and restaurant/bar was clean and enjoyable. Pleasant hotel overall.

The location of the hotel is exceptionally good, you could take subway easily, and there are a lot of shopping spots nearby. Staffs at front desk are very nice, the setting and accommodation is very nice. And my only comment about the hotel is, as their entrance is not ordinary big lobby, the sign to lead visitors to lobby (their lobby location is at 21/F) is not obvious, and it made me little struggling when I get into the hotel.

Great location! Wish there were more family friendly options for connecting rooms or family size rooms.

The rooms were unbearably hot. We asked management to fix it. It was a fight, they said AC wasn’t available and said to open the window. Outside is a 10 lane road and construction. So you get to choose stay up all night from noise or sleep in 28 degrees. Night to they said they switched to AC but it was useless. The rooms never got below 25 degrees. Overall it was 3 terrible nights of sleep. Could be a very nice hotel if they allowed the temperature to be comfortable.
