Nice breakfast and supper, food delicious. Good service, nice receptionist, can communicate with english. Nice and convenience location.

The location was good. However the hotel is a bit old fashioned. Only 1 pillow!

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast has wide range of choices including Western and Japanese. Although the hotel is a bit far from Namba Station or other metro stations, the hotel provides good onsen facilities. Besides, they also provide free ice bars, cold drinks to cool us down after the hot spring and ramen as super. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

Need to improve on cleanliness. The public bath area is very dirty. There’s hair all over even the pool area. Visited the onsen on the 15th Oct close to midnight. Saw one of the staff using one of the dirty bath towel to wipe the floor.

Room is small. But the hot spring is good. Location is great. Buffet breakfast is good.

The hot spring is too small, the sanitation of the hot spring is very poor, and the soundproofing of the room is very poor, but the location of the hotel is very good

The hotel offers good value for the price. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hot spring is a nice bonus.

Excellent stay experience with Dormy Inn. The room was clean and spacious with a cleansing machine. There were also natural onsen and free Ramen and ice bars!

Convenient location, nice public bath, excellent service and the ramen and popsicles were considerate treats after a days walk.

Finally, I had the chance to stay in this brand. Maybe the new year, they are super busy. The room is rather small but had it all. The special things about this brand are free noodles and ice lolly. As well as hot spring. However, too many people and guests have no manner of cleaning up (sink,full of hair) after using the facilities. Value for money and good location. You can observe the type of guests in the restaurant -for noodle. How they behave..after that, I won't stay.

It is an Excellent location for shopping and dining, even though it’s a bit noisy at night.
