Good ambiance and food

Great stay Perfect location,great service.

Exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and unparalleled amenities made my stay at the Willow Creek Resort truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

The stay was great overall. They also provide three charging cables which I like. They don’t provide toiletries like toothbrush and all but it was alright with me. The only downside is that it would be good if a separate reception can be available at the executive tower after 10pm cos it’s quite troublesome. Other than that, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

The location is great. The room is clean, service and amenities are great as well.

Well I have a few things I would need to

33 floor with a nice view of Namsan Tower and clouds passing view on the windows - overall very good feeling.

Have always enjoyed The Executive Tower. The only disappointment this time is that the hotel’s new policy of 11am check-out time.

服務一流，從下車到酒店開始已經專人接待，提行李。check in lobby在15樓，超級舒適的counter, 如果有迎賓飲料就更好哈。服務員會提行李一直到房間，態度專業。忘了帶充電插頭服務台也即時送到很贊！ 房間很夠大，水壓及熱水很好，浴缸還配浴鹽。地點不用說，樓下是地鐡口，機場巴士直達，馬路之隔就是明洞街，夜晚還有一堆街頭小吃。一定會再次入住！

同じフロアで2部屋予約してましたが、トイレが詰まり、部屋を変えてもらった為、フロアが離れ少し不便さを感じました。交換して頂いたコーナースイートより、はじめのプレミアムツインの部屋の方が動線など含め使いやすく、トイレの詰まりがなければと、その点だけが唯一の不満点です。 でも、家族みんな満足してたので、総合的に非常に良い旅になりました。また利用したいと思います。

最高のホテルで景色も最高でした、又行きたいホテルです ソウルの色々な所に行きやすく、駅にも近いので良かった

いつきても、最高です。ただ、一階には人がいませんから、15階受付で全て行われます。部屋は広くベッドも最高の眠りにつけます。
