Ho sempre saputo che questo hotel è famoso e caratteristico, quindi ho sempre voluto rimanere dopo la sua apertura. Il servizio dell'hotel è super buono, cinese, inglese e coreano sono tutti ok alla reception! L'arredamento è classico e non rustico come Lotte, l'arredamento è carino e il servizio è super buono!
Dopo aver controllato lo sfondo di questo hotel su Internet, mi sono reso conto che proveniva dal Nuovo Mondo. Shinsegae possiede il South Korea Marriott Hotel e Westin Hotel, quindi anche se non è un grande marchio, la pulizia della decorazione del servizio è paragonabile a quella di un super hotel a cinque stelle! C'è anche il design della decorazione degli interni, non progettato da coreani locali, ma progettato da un famoso insegnante di francese, quindi questa volta ho scattato 500 foto😂

That’s the best experience ever and thankful to the manager Tony Kim who made extra mile to create a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel as at home☺️
Recommend to book suite room because it is worth and it is big and great facilities and you can look at N tower and of course lunge benefits which worth having it during the stay
The breakfast and happy hour in the evening lounge is great and so delicious praise to the Chef
Cleanliness is top. HSKp is the best.
The concierge downstairs outside of the entrance is a nice and very helpful.
Recommended.

My fair review: I selected this hotel for the bathtub, room size and good location near Myeongdong (walking distance of one train station away).
When I arrived, I was impressed by the pleasant hotel scent, the decor of its public areas and my room with the huge tub. And Natura Bisse toiletries too.
But over my nine-day stay, I noticed my floor was not vacuumed (my leftover dinner crumbs were.. left over for two nights, accidental litter on the floor were also not picked up) and twice I found hair in the bathtub. One time was even after a request to the hotel to deep clean my room.
This is the only hotel that I requested to change my bed sheets four times in 8 nights, cos I was itching and one day woke with an insect bite on my arm. The couch made my butt itch too, until I got them to vaccum mom it. But their service recovery was pleasant enough, and I got sincere apologies from the managers. Would I stay there again? Yes but in future I will make sure I give feedback promptly on their cleanliness instead of keeping it till the last few days of my tour!

This hotel is such a hidden gem and definitely warrants a revisit, ideally with a significant other.
Need to come back to check out the live jazz on the weekend!
Be sure to try out the French restaurant, service and food both excellent and worthy of the Michelin.

Beautiful hotel with and conveniently close to everything. The metro station is right in front of the hotel, there's a market right behind the hotel and Myeong-dong street is just down the street. The staff of the hotel are friendly, the bed is comfortable and the room spacious.

The receptionist’s attitude was very arrogant and rude. Towards all the questions we raised her answer was just no without even want to give any explanation. Two bellboys were just standing there watching us moving 5bags up and down from and to the car without even offering to help, have no idea what is the purpose they hire someone standing at the door. The room services not even refill the water and amenities even toilet papers and shampoo bottle is empty, we booked for 5 nights and have reason to believe they missed out the refill on purpose to save cost. When we called for room service to inform they that they forget to refill, they asked us pay extra which is supposed to include in their packages. One of the socket in their room mulfunction and even have some sparks when plug in which is so terrible.

The hotel is very nice but the check-in counter receptionist need a lot more training and customer service. We met two different receptionists and both were rude, unfriendly, and seems to disrespect us. We asked the approx cost for an extra night, the girl wrote down 4517,000 won ($3405 USD). I asked her twice and shown her the number she wrote to reconfirm and both time she said that was the right number! But when I shown her the calculation, she corrected that there was no digit 1 in her number but clearly she wrote a 1 before the 7. She did not apologise or said sorry and made it look like it was our fault. Anyway, we decided not to stay and extra night and booked a hotel next door!

The hotel is well located, 1 stop from a Seoul station, close to Myeongdong, with many bars, restaurants around.
The room is very stylish, spacious, clean and bed is super comfy!
Bear in mind that they don’t provide toothbrushes/toothpaste and slippers.
No room service for breakfast.
