Every hotels do housekeeping their rooms every single day before check out during my stay, but this hotel do housekeeping every after three days , I felt so annoyed with that. And one more thing, the swimming pool entry should be free for the guests, it’s okay to pay but why we still need to pay after each entry? The rest all are okay, thank you.

Very helpful staff . Clean spacious apartment. In a great location

We came and stayed at Expressionz for numerous of time. The rooms are spacious, washing machine provided with detergent, kitchen utensils, sufficient toiletries. However the windows are not closed tightly by the housekeeper, there are traffic noise disturbing our sleep.. I would think it is quite dangerous that the windows can be open from such a height.. There is lso some issues with plumbing at the water basins. Other than these two issues, everything is good.

It’s a nice place to stay but they should improve on regular cleaning of rooms and give out toothbrushes and paste

I’ve stay here for a couple of times. What is can say is this place is very convenient especially for families with many kids or members.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for girls. First of all, the hotel staff harassed me with language. I could not connect to the wifi in my room at that time. The hotel staff asked me to come in and check it, and after fixing it, he stopped in my room. He didn't leave until I was too scared to say I was going to klcc with my friends. It's dangerous. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any girl!!国内女孩子别住这家酒店我当时连不上房间的wifi，这个酒店工作人员要求进屋查看，并且在修好之后在我的房间不走了！问我喝不喝酒去不去夜店有没有结婚，说在中国你不去夜店吗，并且说你很漂亮有没有男朋友，坐在我的床上一直不走，然后我很害怕说我要和朋友去klcc了他才离开，我不推荐任何一个中国女孩子住这家酒店！！！大家小心马来西亚这里的男的尤其不是华人的（这个工作人员不是华人不知道是印度人还是孟加拉人，大家真的小心，不是所有人都是好人！！

洗澡地方下水道堵了，水噴頭亂噴，噴一地，位置不好，出門不打車什麼都沒有，樓頂泳池還另外收費，非常差。價格又很貴。好房子很多，去找別家吧

The room was good, clean with nice view; except it’s little far from the Metro; need to pay extra to get access to the pool, gym… the stuff was nice and helpful.

I loved it! Central, neat and the staff were super friendly. Like all businesses after Covid, I'm sure they will recover to its original glory

Inspite some bad smell in the apartment it was nice stay , they could have provide some accessories and towels , no water or tea of coffee nothing inside the room
