Ho richiesto il check-out posticipato per malattia, ma l'hotel ha risposto accettando solo fino alle 11:30, hotel molto duro, ho soggiornato in questo hotel molte volte come vecchio cliente, ma non è ancora comprensibile, l'hotel non è pieno e non è al massimo in quei giorni... molto deludente

Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati ​​e partiti nessuno ci ha accolto o aiutato con i bagagli, così tanti fattorini ma avevano solo selezionato il servizio, molto vergognoso vedere 5 stelle servire in questo modo. La posizione è buona proprio accanto al centro commerciale che tutto.

Love this hotel! Location is the best with the Hyundai store just 3 steps away, and the airport terminal just 2 mins walk away. The room is impeccable, not just clean but beautiful and luxurious! Lounge is also perfect for chilling with friends for high tea and evening drinks. Every hotel staff can speak English well, and their service is top notch! Highly recommended! Will book here again!

Great location! Next to Hyundai department store and Coex. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful (especially the concierge), the room service food excellent. Unfortunately the pool and gym under renovation. I would definitely book again for my next trip to Seoul.

Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it. The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel. When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate! But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.

The location is very good to travel! And I've requested many amenities for my baby. They set them up everything I've requested perfectly in the room when we arrived. The hotel staff are very kind and attentive. I was very happy that my family's entirely satisfied with the treatment! Thank you :-)

Hotel quality so so eg. average tower quality, hotel lobby had little seating .. Service is below expectation eg. 6 rooms on Mar 25-26 and 5 rooms on Mar 28-29, cannot even provide a late check out but only one allowed latest 12pm English speaking is not fluent Facility under renovation till June, no indoor swimming pool available MY alarm clock was preset (not sure from previous tenant or whoever) but it alarms on the next morning while I am sleeping and the alarm clock function to ring again after 5 mins - this is very annoying, it should clear the alarm after the tenant check out as the new comer would not be able to catch the preset alarm

Very good location, just next to COEX mall and 2 Metro Stations.
