Bene 1. TV super enorme per il divertimento della visione 2. Abbondante colazione 3. Camera pulita e spaziosa 4. Il personale maschile della reception in servizio è stato cordiale ed efficiente durante il check-in 5. Ci sono molti bar e ristoranti vicino all'hotel 6. Tariffe vantaggiose nei giorni feriali

Uso spesso il Lotte City Hotel in questi giorni. È molto comodo utilizzare qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto, come la propria auto, la metropolitana o l'autobus. Le condizioni della camera sono buone e il personale è cordiale. Grazie a te mi sono riposato bene :-)

Era vicino alla stazione, quindi era sicuro anche se tornavo a tarda notte. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, così come un e-mart e Olive Young, che lo rendono un posto conveniente per acquistare souvenir. L'autobus dall'aeroporto di Incheon ferma proprio di fronte all'hotel. La camera era spaziosa e aveva una vasca da bagno. Alcune camere hanno solo la doccia, quindi si prega di verificare in anticipo. In generale era pulito, ma l'unica cosa che mi dava fastidio era che c'era qualcosa che sembrava cibo attaccato al muro sotto la TV. (Non penso che te ne accorgerai se non guardi da vicino) Gli hotel nel centro di Seoul erano costosi, quindi ho scelto questa posizione un po' più lontana. Se sei nuovo a Seoul, ci vorrà del tempo per viaggiare, quindi penso che dovresti riflettere attentamente prima di prendere una decisione.

This is not a bad hotel, although it is a bit old. Not like that the rooms are old, but just that you could feel how old is this hotel. There are a few restaurants next to the hotel. Yes, there is a bus stop outside but didn’t use.

Have a direct airport bus right in front the hotel.

Walking distance only 5 minutes to subway but it’s really quite place for family trip, many delicious restaurants nearby

Lotte City Hotel Guro was a perfect hotel for my visit to Seoul. The facilities and the team are superb. There are many vibrant restaurants and cafes in the local area.

I absolutely loved this hotel, the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was great. Great service. A bit far from everything but the subway was close and easy to navigate. The location is perfect if you don’t want to stay in the city center.

Hotel is sleek, modern, clean, with great amenities and services. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby, convenience stores and malls too. Near to subway station, and airport bus stops by right outside the front door!

Pretty clean, but anyway you can see that equipment is a little bit outdated, for example, our bath room door didn't close. But anyway there is good price/quality ratio

Stayed here for a few days with my friend. First of all, the hotel does not help you with luggage, they have no concierge. I had 2 large suitcases and they were just staring at me. When I asked for someone to help with the luggage up to my room, the lady said “oh sorry, we don’t have staff for that”. This should be a lodge or a motel. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t stay there again. I wanted to check out, but my friend stopped me because she was too lazy to change hotels. Otherwise, poor service.
