Convenient location at Coex, nicely arranged apartments with a super cosy bed. Attentive staff, really good coffee at the cafe downstairs. Restaurants and convenience stores in basements. Good gym and pool. Would come back anytime.

We spent wonderful time at the hotel. All staff were very nice and helpful, smiles on faces always and in particular I would like to thank Summer at the reception and Ashley Kim at the restaurant who addressed to our needs from time to time. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The decoration was stylish and modern. Breakfast was really good. Just two minor problems of the room- the drainage of the bath room was a little problematic and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted when it suddenly went up to 27 degrees, which was quite unbearable during summer time. But our overall experience was still excellent.

Dato che era un prezzo alto, avevo grandi aspettative, ma poiché si tratta di un edificio più nuovo, sono rimasto colpito dai molti spazi puliti e alla moda. Tuttavia, c'era una certa confusione mentre il personale chiacchierava tra loro nella hall e forniva informazioni diverse. In particolare, sono andato in tempo per il servizio del vino a cena, e un dipendente mi ha detto di sedermi comodamente e l'altro manager mi ha detto di andarmene 10 minuti prima dell'orario di apertura... Anche se fossi arrivato in anticipo, avrei potuto sedermi nell'area della lobby, ma questa parte è così deludente... A parte questo, il servizio dell'altro personale, compreso il servizio in camera, è soddisfacente.

Not bad at all, location good for Gangnam district, staff is nice helping to call taxis promptly as well, the room is comfortable not so spacious but clean and quiet, the bed is nice and linens also. Bathroom is nice and the shower is spacious. The breakfast could be improved with more options and better quality. Coffee not so good. Overall pleasant business stay.

Loved the location at its best! The train strain with many exits/entrances are right at our doorstep. Right opposite our hotel is the historic Dongdaemun Gate. We had our daily breakfast overlooking the city view and nearby buildings. There were 3 pools, a normal swimming one, a kids pool and the other one was a bubble pool. We were told to wear swimming caps whenever we entered the pools. The staffs were quite friendly and full amenities were provided during our 1 week stay in this hotel. For business traveller, this hotel is also perfect as it comes with an ironing board, an iron etc. Daily condiments & beverages (Nespresso Machine) are included in the room. International breakfast is served at L2 from 6.30 to 10am sharp, the spread were great, didn’t expect to be quite a lot of dishes. We didn’t manage to eat all of them as there were too many choices and most of them were not to our likings. The staffs will come around each table to remind guests at 9.30am that the restaurant will be closed at 10am sharp. But the only drawback was we didn’t manage to get a high level room to stay, overall the experience is splendid and we had a wonderful time. Recommended to stay here provided you are willing to spend SGD450+/night, otherwise I highly suggest staying at any nearby hotels with the same great experience you’ll truly get as well.

Il servizio di personale è fantastico. Nel retro dell'hotel è che, è leggermente diverso da altri luoghi, Andaz. Le loro camere non sono così lussuose e ci sorprende che i pantaloncini in camera sono molto normali, non ha nemmeno la parola Andaz.
