Hotel Family-friendly a Seoul

Il nostro soggiorno presso l'hotel è stato a dir poco eccezionale, caratterizzato da un servizio eccezionale, servizi di lusso e un'atmosfera accogliente. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti con sorrisi calorosi e la cosa migliore è stata che le procedure di check-in sono state veloci e davvero facili! Il personale ha fatto di tutto per garantire il nostro comfort, fornendoci una panoramica completa dei servizi dell'hotel e rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande con genuino entusiasmo. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel era ideale per esplorare le attrazioni locali. Nel complesso, un ottimo hotel in cui soggiornare.

Ottimo servizio. Ho avuto il piede smontato e ho bisogno di una cassetta di adhesivo. Ho fatto la richiesta al Chat Room e mi hanno mandato entro 5 minuti. In un'altra occasione, dobbiamo andare a Sanchon per cena, ma non potevamo trovare nessun orbber o taxi sulle app, quindi abbiamo cercato di chiedere il desk dell'hotel. Il loro personale ha organizzato un taxi per noi entro 10 minuti. Molto lodevole per la loro efficienza e atteggiamento “può”! Il solo ritorno è la colazione servita fino alle 10:30.Sarebbe bello se la colazione fosse disponibile tutto il giorno, perché i viaggiatori non hanno un calendario rigoroso e tendono a svegliarsi tardi.

Ha avuto un soggiorno così meraviglioso nelle suite Novotel a Seoul! La posizione è assolutamente favolosa e i servizi sono sorprendenti!! E non mi avvicinate con la vista della stanza!!! Guardatela per voi stessi 🥰🥰 Devo dire, questo è 1 hotel io ribook sempre con quando im torna a Seoul!! Fino al prossimo anno, cya Novotel suites 💞

Dall'aeroporto di Incheon, puoi prendere l'autobus 6001 o 6015. Il 6001 è più veloce Dopo l'arrivo, devi camminare per poche centinaia di metri attraverso la strada. La stanza è relativamente piccola. È vicino a Myeongdong e la metropolitana è alla fine È molto comodo viaggiare. L'autobus per il ritorno è a soli 100 metri. C'è un supermercato sotto l'hotel senza dover uscire. Le condizioni sanitarie sono buone e l'atteggiamento del servizio è buono!

Great location. Few convenience shops less than 5min walking distance. Unlimited body lotion supply especially during winter dry environment is very useful. Washing machine inside room with laundry detergent & Coway water filter provided are plus point.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Koreana Hotel e non potrei essere più soddisfatto della mia esperienza. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale è stato incredibilmente accogliente e attento, assicurandosi che ogni esigenza fosse soddisfatta in modo rapido ed efficiente. La camera era immacolata, spaziosa ed elegantemente arredata, offrendo un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. I servizi erano di prim'ordine, incluso un centro fitness ben attrezzato e una buona sauna. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è ideale, convenientemente situato vicino alle principali attrazioni e ai trasporti pubblici, rendendo facile esplorare la città. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno al Koreana Hotel è stato a dir poco perfetto. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno lussuoso e memorabile.

It was an amazing experience to stay at banyan tree Seoul. A bit quieter than other areas; which is lovely to have that bit of an escape. The service is impeccable and the staff are amazing.

L'ambiente è molto buono e pulito, raggiungendo le 4 stelle Il servizio è molto buono e il personale è molto cordiale La posizione è ottima. Ci vogliono 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la linea 2 di Shindorim sulla destra. La linea 2 può raggiungere le zone più popolari ed è anche comodo il trasferimento in 10 minuti per la stazione di Guro sulla sinistra. Lo shopping è molto comodo. La stazione della metropolitana Shindorim è proprio accanto al grande magazzino Hyundai. Più avanti c'è un centro commerciale con un emart. Voglio restare qui la prossima volta ^^

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.
