Il posto era un po' più piccolo di quanto si poteva aspettare, ma il servizio e le strutture erano buone, la posizione è nel cuore di Seoul e abbiamo trovato un sacco di cibo e negozi di comodità. In generale, sarebbe stato 8.5/10.

Sebbene la camera non sia grande, è molto ordinata e pulita, con servizi di supporto completi. La disposizione della camera è un po' come un albergo domestico, con un'a**osfera piccola ma squisita. C'è un 7-11 al piano di sotto, ma non ci sono quasi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. L'hotel si trova a circa quindici minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della metropolitana. Dopo essere usciti dalla metropolitana, proseguire dritto lungo la strada. L'hotel è proprio sulla strada. Dopo aver soggiornato per due notti, sono tornato in hotel la seconda notte e ho scoperto che la camera era stata pulita. Sono rimasto un po' scioccato perché non ho salutato in anticipo e ho pensato che non ci sarebbero state le pulizie sono uscito la mattina presto e non ho pulito nulla nella stanza....
Ci sono alcuni problemi minori che spero che il capo possa migliorare.
1. Non c'è un interruttore della luce accanto al letto. Devi spegnere la luce sulla porta e poi camminare verso il letto al buio, il che è molto scomodo.
2. Sembra che la pellicola di plastica non sia stata rimossa dal materasso. Anche se è coperto da lenzuola, sembra sempre che ci sia uno strato di pellicola di plastica sotto che è molto ermetico quando si dorme sopra, rendendo molto scomodo dormirci sopra.
Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Il prezzo è buono e probabilmente sceglierò di tornarci in futuro.

Got a room from the residence tower. The room was nice and spacious, and the bathroom was huge. Came with a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Walking distance to dongdaemun night market, plenty of food choices nearby within 10mins walk. There’s a small convenience store around the corner. Towels smelt of bleach, but otherwise, they were always clean! The hotel was by a main road, and it was easy for cabs and a private drop off at the back of the hotel for a longer wait. The lady behind the counter at the cafe located on Level 1, she seems to be dreaming most of the time. Had to keep repeating myself for her to get the message. Room was 72x, she couldn’t find the number in the system despite asking us for it for 3 times. We had to write it down, and she still read it as 32x. 🙂↕️ had to correct her a couple of times that’s it’s SEVEN TWO x. Overall, great stay!

La posizione è a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione del Dongdaemun History Park. È comodo perché puoi utilizzare le linee 2, 4 e 5. Anche se fai acquisti a tarda notte a Dongdaemun, puoi tornare a casa a piedi. Gli ascensori e gli ingressi delle camere sono abilitati al passcode, quindi non è necessario portare con sé una chiave magnetica, il che è conveniente.
Il bagno e i servizi igienici sono gli stessi, ma sono spaziosi e puliti, quindi non credo che sarà un problema. Vengono forniti anche shampoo e sapone per il corpo, quindi se non sei schizzinoso non avrai problemi.

L'hotel si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana principale, Chungmuro. Non è a pochi passi da Myeongdong, è a 1 stazione di distanza. La camera è pulita e siamo lieti che ci siano 3 letti singoli di buone dimensioni (le dimensioni dei letti dell'hotel di Seoul sono piuttosto piccole). Proprio accanto all'hotel c'è una fila di pochi negozi di barbecue - super buoni ma con una lunga coda - frequentati principalmente da gente del posto. Vale la pena aspettare, buon prezzo rispetto a Myeongdong: circa 15,00 won per set di manzo. A Chungmuro sono disponibili molti altri cibi e negozi. Per il prezzo, l'Hotel PJ è una buona opzione per noi. La posizione è molto bella, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Zhongwu Road, a tre minuti a piedi dall'autobus per l'aeroporto, e c'è un minimarket appena fuori dalla porta quando giri a sinistra! Gli zii e le zie alla reception sono gentili e dispongono di un semplice inglese e di un software di traduzione, quindi la comunicazione non è affatto un problema✌. Ho prenotato una camera loft a due piani. Lo spazio è molto più grande di quanto mi aspettassi. È la scelta migliore per viaggiare da solo e con gli amici. Sceglierò di soggiornare nuovamente qui se ne avrò l'opportunità. ☺️

The pictures of the room is quite true to other reviews and the hotel page itself. Quite comfortable and spacious. The only thing is the toilet is a bit dirty near the drainage. And maybe is the cold season near the end of autumn, start of winter period, the aircon would be on for a while and off for a while. Is a setting that can’t be changed. Maybe is to save electricity. There is guest laundry at lv 10, just abit on the expensive side. 1 time wash and dry cost 10,000 won in total. The service there is rlly friendly. Just take note no toothbrush provided. Have to donate to get a toothbrush.
The location is great. The building next to the hotel has an olive young and opp olive young is a convenience store. Near the hotel also have a few malls. Just need to cross the road or go via underpass. It is close to myeongdong night market too.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione. Se si utilizza il bus limousine dell'aeroporto per raggiungere la città, si scende a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. L'hotel si trova in cima a una stazione della metropolitana. C'è un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24 e uno Starbucks al primo piano. La camera che ho prenotato era spaziosa. Il mio bagaglio non era d'intralcio. Le lenzuola sono pulite. Il letto è comodo. L'angolo cottura e la lavatrice sono fantastici. La pressione e la temperatura dell'acqua sono ottime. Le uniche 2 lamentele sono che il frigorifero deve essere disinfettato a fondo. Sembrava pulito ma puzzava terribilmente e puzzava nella stanza quando l'ho aperto. Le fughe della cabina doccia sono davvero ammuffite. Devono essere pulite perché altrimenti la stanza sarebbe sporca. Ci tornerei e ho intenzione di soggiornare qui nel mio prossimo viaggio a Seoul. Ho usato la stanza 1707. Oh sì, riscaldano il pavimento per riscaldare la stanza e non sono riuscito a far funzionare i miei pavimenti senza aiuto. Fortunatamente le stanze non sono piene di spifferi e la temperatura è rimasta sui 25°C finché non sono arrivati i soccorsi.

Ottimo hotel. L'ho aperto per me stesso. Nuova, fresca, conveniente posizione: 1 minuto dalla metropolitana Chungmo Ro e 15 minuti a piedi da Mendong. La camera è tutto per conforto : la microonde è diventata una piacevole sorpresa, ho comprato cibo pronto e riscaldato . La stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno.La vista dalla stanza è stata sulla Torre Namsan!!! Tutto è stato fantastico. Se ritornassi a Seoul, avrei prenotato l'hotel di nuovo. Inoltre, in estate l'hotel sarà ancora più freddo: c'è un tetto e c'è probabilmente qualcosa di arrangito, probabilmente un caffè)!

L7 Myeongdong is strategically located next to Myeongdong street and the airport limousine bus stop. There are many food options available everywhere, be it restaurants, street food and even convenience stores. Myeongdong is also considered the central area where it gives you access to various places easily. L7 Myeongdong’s hotel room was really clean and spacious, so it was really comfortable for our 7D6N stay there! (: the only downside is that even if there are available rooms for early check in, it is chargeable at about 70,000+ won - so strictly check in after 3pm is the option if you do not wish to top up. However, you can always just store your luggage with them while you roam the city first before returning after.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Seoul, Myeongdong, from November 5th to November 9th, and it was an excellent experience. We booked two double rooms and one king room for our group, and I’m happy to share our thoughts on the stay.
### Location: 5/5
The location of Le Méridien is one of its best features. Situated in the heart of Myeongdong, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood full of shopping, restaurants, and street food vendors. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul, whether you’re shopping in Myeongdong, visiting nearby attractions like Namsan Seoul Tower, or using the subway to access other parts of the city. The area feels lively yet is still a comfortable place to relax in the evenings.
### Rooms: 5/5
We were all very impressed with the rooms. The double rooms were spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of room to move around even with luggage. The king room was especially luxurious, with a large, comfortable bed and a modern, elegant design. All rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, including high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar.
### Perks: 4.5/5
A nice touch was the free drinks offered to Marriott members. It was a great perk after a long day of sightseeing—perfect for relaxing in the hotel’s chic lounge area. Whether it was a cocktail or a refreshing juice, this little extra made our stay feel even more special.

The staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out seamless. They were also attentive when we had inquiries or needed assistance with directions or transportation. Service overall was efficient, with staff always available to help with any requests.

Le Méridien has a variety of amenities, including a fitness center and an elegant dining area. We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel, but it was reassuring to know that there were several high-end options available for meals or relaxation in the evenings. Our stay at Le Méridien Seoul, Myeongdong, was fantastic. The hotel’s location in the bustling Myeongdong area made it perfect for exploring, while the spacious, clean rooms and thoughtful perks like the free drinks for Marriott members added extra value. The service was friendly and professional, and we felt well taken care of during our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul and would absolutely stay here again. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

소소근소근Il motivo per cui ho soggiornato qui è camminare fino a Insa-dong, al Palazzo Gyeongbokgung e al villaggio di Bukchon Hanok.
Gli eventi natalizi di Shinsegae sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Ho soggiornato lì e la stanza era davvero piccola solo per dormire.
Era ordinato, pulito e confortevole.
Mi è piaciuto perché il paesaggio era molto carino e c'erano molti ristoranti nell'edificio stesso.
È stato bello che ci fossero molti posti dove mangiare anche senza fare colazione.
Era bello passeggiare e vedere le cose, ero ancora più soddisfatto perché c'erano molti posti da vedere.
Anche il personale è stato gentile. Ho pagato 30000 per il parcheggio.
Comunque lo consiglio ahah

JJennieThe room is clean and spacious. The location is superb where all the shops are just downstairs and opposite hotel is the Michelin guide noodles shop. There is also a coin laundry area where we wash our clothes during our stay. Despite car can’t drive in as it’s located in Myeongdong shopping street, it’s just a 5 mins walk away from the main street. We will definitely stay in this hotel when go Seoul again.

The buffet breakfast is included, which should have nothing to complain, although the variety is limited and would be nice to see some Korean style breakfast.
Would consider this hotel for our next trip back to Korea.

UUtente anonimoLocation is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case..
The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided.
And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner.
International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine.
Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

C'è un autobus alla porta al piano di sotto quando esci, e c'è una metropolitana a poche centinaia di anni di cammino.
Ho cercato su Google questo indirizzo, ma all'ingresso non c'era nessun cartello dell'hotel, quindi è stato difficile trovarlo. Ho chiesto aiuto ai passanti, ma non sono riusciti a trovarlo! Alla fine ho visto il numero civico 130 ed sono entrato.
L'aspetto negativo è il massaggio tailandese. Ho provato diversi pacchetti per due notti di seguito. È vero che la signora tailandese può sentire il suono dell'intero osso che risuona.
L'ostello è al 3° piano, senza ascensore
Recentemente rinnovato, la reception non è stata ancora terminata e c'è ancora una pila di materiali decorativi presso la reception, quindi il check-in è molto semplice, basta dire allo staff il tuo nome e lui ti dirà il numero della tua camera e password, senza nemmeno confermare la necessità del passaporto! Il personale ha un'ottima attitudine ed è sempre sorridente!
Ogni stanza ha un blocco con password perché è un negozio appena aperto! Le lenzuola e i copripiumini sono tutti nuovi di zecca e anche gli asciugamani sono nuovi di zecca e puliti. Ogni letto ha il proprio armadio indipendente. Puoi portare la tua serratura, un asciugamano e una presa multipla standard europea! Se vieni dalla Francia, porta semplicemente il tuo cavo di ricarica standard europeo e usalo direttamente! C'è gel doccia e shampoo, ma devi portare il tuo balsamo, spazzolino da denti e dentifricio!
Durante il mio soggiorno di due notti, ho incontrato cinesi venuti in Corea per inseguire le stelle.
La seconda notte, ho incontrato una ragazza di Chengdu e una ragazza di Lione, in Francia. Abbiamo chiacchierato goffamente in inglese e francese per più di un'ora. Alla fine, la scienza popolare le ha permesso con successo di lasciare il paese per visitare la Città Proibita è stata trasferita a Pechino per 9 ore. Le è stato permesso di andare. Abbiamo mangiato anatra alla pechinese e le abbiamo chiesto di scaricare V e vincolare la sua carta di credito, e l'abbiamo aggiunta come amica!

It is very near Seoul station, namdaemun market, myeongdong, namsan tower or park, shinsegae duty free, etc. the price for the hotel is very affordable as well. I had a very nice decent trip staying in this hotel. Surely will stay again in future. You can opt for breakfast as well.

MMary KathrynWe were able to locate the guest house easily using Naver Map. However, our first struggle was how to reach the destination itself.
The guesthouse is located in an uphill area, almost near Namsan Cable Car (600km/20min walk). A great tip we discovered (after struggling of walking uphill for 2 days 😂) was using the escalators/elevators near the Ihoeyeong Memorial Hall. Go straight from there and you’ll find a 7-Eleven convenience store upon crossing the street. Go left then right at the first wide alley way you see, it should be uphill. Keep on walking until you see a signage of mama guest house on your right side.
We booked a day before our arrival so we could immediately check-in in our rooms. A note welcomed us and our keys were found at the reception area. Pls don’t forget to remove your shoes and change into the slippers they provide found in the shoe cabinet at the left side of the entrance.
Our rooms were next to each other, but differ in size. Bathroom was okay, but I hope they’ll fix the sink’s pipe problem in room 104 since it leaks on the floor upon using. I suggest buying shower filters (5,000 Won) since the water in SK is quite harsh. I suggest to test how you’ll adjust the temperature when showering. There were no bidets in our bathrooms.
Always bring your keycard with you whenever you go out. They don’t go into your rooms like hotels would. If you have any requests, just leave a note on their desk (ie. New towels, tissue, etc.) They also don’t have laundry machines. Do not eat inside the rooms, only in the kitchen which is in the basement.
If you feel like your trash bins are getting full, trash bins are found in the lobby and segregate everything according to their waste category. Just think of it as you’re staying on your own room.
Walls are thin, made of light wood materials so I wouldn’t suggest talking nor listening to your phone loudly.
Breakfast menu were cereals with milk, bread and flavored jam, and instant noodles. You can only consume what’s inside the fridge unless there’s a note that a room guest owns it. You can cook and buy your own food, just make sure you clean up after. You can also fill-up your water bottles here.
Going to different areas are easy too since it’s near Myeongdong Station exit 1. If you’re planning to go shopping in Myeongdong, just go straight after exit 1 and you should see E-Mart across the street then cross on the first crosswalk you see. If you want to enter the “main” street, go left until you see the bug HBAF building.
Overall, I think our stay was a good since the staff we get see was very accommodating to our requests. I just hope they’ll fix some of their bathroom leakage.
